Hotel Pierre Milano

We stayed at this hotel 2 1/2 years ago and came back to celebrate my wife’s birthday. On the first night there was unfortunately some noise from a neighboring property ( nothing to do with the hotel ) and was a one off incident. The following morning the manager Marchello went over and above to make up for this with a professional and friendly approach. I would recommend this hotel for the location, rooms and cleanliness but most of all for the friendly and helpful staff from the cleaners to the manager.

The location is perfect! Duomo and other pleace to see are just about 15min walk through Via Torino and it is a pleasant walk with many shops to see. The breakfast at the hotel is just amazing with a lot choices for all the preferences. Croissants are a must!!! It is a quiet and cozy hotel in general. The staff was very helpful to all our requests and made our stay really easy for us and for our son. We will definitely choose Hotel Pierre again in the future!

There are some underground constructions just in front of the hotel entrance and there is not much space for a car to park or to stop. However, I think that those works will end soon and it will get back to normal!

The staff were very courteous and there was a good selection at breakfast. Our room was very big and the en-suite was huge. The hotel was well-situated and we walked into the centre of Milan each day. There are a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby

There was a very limited supply of tea/coffee in the room (3 pods for a coffee machine with tiny paper cups), and we had to call or walk downstairs to get milk. Unfortunately there's a huge amount of building work going on while they install a new metro stop. The hotel is surrounded by scaffolding and boarding covered in graffiti, which makes a walk back in the evening a little intimidating.

Perfectly located, 20-min walk to il Duomo and nearby areas. Navigli is really close too to the hotel. Service and staff really friendly and courteous, and the rooms neat and tidy. The atmosphere of the hotel resembles the Belle Époque but with fully modernised facilities.

Nothing mostly. Although the breakfast has incredible quality and variety, the food replenishment was a bit slower than someone would think about. Other than that, perfect.

Very nice room, a junior suite, we opted for but no view as we were on 4th floor. The hotel had lovely decor and the room was very nice. Breakfast was excellent and the staff member on duty at breakfast during our stay was also excellent and very attentive.

The hotel decor was lavish but it does not function like a five star hotel. The bath was very slippery and no handles to assist. No hooks to hang up bath towels or the bath robes which were provided. The coffee machine had only 3 pods. We had 3 tea bags. The staff came to make up the room at 4pm which we thought was late. We sat for over 15 minutes in the bar hoping to get a drink in the evening but the bar attendant was busy talking and never came so we left.

didn’t check in until the second day but were charged the full rate and staff acted like they did us a favor to get us “in early” to our room when we realize we paid for two days.

check in was v poor, the receptionist was inefficient and really not up to the job… she got rooms mixed up, booked 2 of us into the same room. Her colleague came to help but his attitude was not good - we were a group of 10 with 8 sharing 4 rooms and 2 in singles. Some had emailed in advance to clarify twin beds but this wasn’t available when we arrived and appeared to cause confusion?? the first room I was given was in the attic with one bed under the eaves, no blind on the window and really stuffy .,awful and it was hard to sleep it certainly isn’t the standard you would expect in this hotel

the location is awesome and the hotel could be cute since it’s renewed old building the deco is pretty nice. the staff is amazing and caring

the breakfast was really not that good or fresh the rooms are noisy, you can totally hear the next door neighbor, I had a neighbor talk until 5 am and could not sleep all night! the rooms are good. the first 2 nights they put us up in the attic and sold it to us as a suite… we didn’t like that and they then put us on another floor.

Comfortable bed and nice sheets. Aircondition was perfect. Amazing caring products from ETRO. One morning since no iron was available the housekeeping did it for me - very good service.
