that pool opens after 3 pm and it is 20e, even for guests!!! really not ok!!!

We stayed at the hotel for 5days, and every day was great. EVERY member we of staff we spoke to were polite, professional and engaging. The food and service in the 5th floor restaurant was awesome. I personally had a great bottle of wine, bit of a birthday treat, and it was given the full Sommelier treatment before it was poured - just added more to the service.

We were very surprised that there was a charge of 20euros per person to use the pool - never experienced it before.

The rooms were spectacular. We loved the pool. We loved how nice the staff were. The breakfast was lovely.

We had two rooms. One had free entrance to the pool. For the other, it was additional cost, which was a surprise. There was no indication of this, neither at booking time, nor on the website. I think you should you update the website about this (if not done already).

My favorite hotel in Milan. The journey always starts with the welcome of the city and the main merit of the Grand Visconti hotel is hospitality and beauty ... Attention and care of the staff, beautiful rooms decorated with Murano lamps, artful marble in the bathroom with a pattern and of textiles and all the charms of the view at breakfast, especially on the garden terrace magic 👌and pool 👌massage relaxing 👌and comfort tea drinking and a present from the hotel everything is at the highest level and pleasure on the trip Many thanks and regards to the whole team

Location was good, only 2 minutes from the train station. And 4 stations to Duomo. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the amenities were excellent, with big bathroom. The breakfast was lovely and the room was big and airy with also tables outdoor. The lobby was lovely and has table with infused water for the guests. I also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious, with amazing dinner area and views. The service was efficient and fast and they speak English fluently. Definitely will come back again.

The kettle to boil the hot water wasn't working. But I didn't tell them since I decided to get coffee somewhere else

It was a great location just a short walk from Lodi TIBB metro stop or a 20-25 min walk from the Duomo. There is a Lidl opposite the metro, which was useful for buying drinks and snacks for the day. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was superb.

The WiFi was intermittent and we didn't get to use the pool, as it only opened from 3pm when we were out and about sightseeing. We were irritated to be stung for an extra 40 euros when checking out for city taxes.

We really loved our stay! The room was really spacious and very very clean! The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was Also very spacious plus the towels were a heavenly dream - so soft! The staff was very competent and very polite and friendly - we felt very welcome. The hotel itself has a beautiful garden (we also had breakfast there), a great gym which offers everything you need - we didn’t go to the spa although it was even included in the price because we did not have that much time in Milan. The hotel is very well situated - by foot you only need 3 minutes to the metro station and from there you need 4 stations (approximately 5 min) to get to the Dome, where the heart of the Center is. We would definitely come again

The breakfast could have offered more vegan options but all in all it was good.

Even though the area is not fanciest part of Milano the situation is nevertheless quite central since a subway station only approximately 200 from the hotel and the cit center is easy to reach. There are quite a few restaurants around the hotel. One more upmarket restaurant is right connected to the hotel. The rooms are large enough and tastefully furnished. The beds were good and quite big. The breakfast was fine.

Some things however such as the safe and the TV did not work. When the TV could not be switched on we asked for someone to look what the problem was. When we came back in the evening we asked the front staff is the problem had been fixed. He called someone and said the the TV had been fixed.But the TV was still not working when we came up to the room. So we called again and someone else - apparently not the first repair person - came up to check and after moving some furnitures found that the TV had been disconnected behind the furniture. So apparently the first repair person had told his front desk colleague a white lie that the TV had been fixed - maybe to get off quickly into his weekend?

Nice 4* hotel, beautiful lobby, nice gardens. Good size of the room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. 5 minutes walk to the Metro station, 4 stops, direct line to Domo.

Convenient parking garage, yet a bit expensive. Besides, we arrived at 5 pm, we wanted to leave the car in the garage till the next day at 4 pm and we've been asked for an additional 20 eur charge (we've been told that the 35 eur weekend daily rate is valid only till 2 pm!). The garage was at least half empty, pretty sure was not a matter of space...

Room and Facilities Food Excellent

The Reception staff when trying to settle my Account I Produced in total 7 yes seven Credit Cards and was informed every time your Card has been DECLINED With at approx 7/8 people listening to to conversation. My wife and I were ver Embarrassed and I kept saying it’s got to be your Error, then another Receptionist at the other end was speaking in a very loud voice from the other end of the desk. What with that I walked out I went back to the Reception the next morning to try again I explained what had happened and was informed, that the Machine was faulty the Previous evening. I have sent an email to complain to the General Manager as of yet 4 days later still no reply, I assume there will not be one as Italians are never wrong.
