BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT VALUE, WIDE SELECTION AND OPEN UNTIL 10.30AM

Hotel Crivi's was a good choice for my recent stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the availability of parking made my visit even more convenient. Best of all, the hotel provided excellent value for the money. I would highly recommend Hotel Crivi's to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Great location near the Duomo and nice big room

We were charged 5 euro per day more for parking than we were quoted. We left our passports in the room safe by accident and the staff didn’t seem to realize the urgency we felt in them retrieving the passports. We asked them to secure them at reception but we don’t think they have locked them away for us.

The rooms and breakfast were great. The staff were all mature, pleasant, and helpful.

The price we were quoted for our return visit when leaving the first time was not met on the second visit. The hotel would not accept our reservation over the phone for our second visit.

The wifi in the room was not strong enough and we used our own data to get connected.

The staff was excellent - breakfast was nice - and the breakfast staff was excellent! Also walking distance to metro - and food!

I really liked the property

The hotel is on a main street of public transportation. A tram and also about 300 meters from the metro CROCETTA, the yellow line. Walking to the cathedral is about 17-20 minutes. There are interesting restaurants and shops on the left and right. Also from the hotel it is a 20 minute walk west to the canal district. The staff is great, welcoming and ready to answer the tourist's questions. The breakfast is fresh and satisfying. The room is very clean. The furniture is not exactly modern but the bed was comfortable in the room on the first floor. Full of TV channels but with Italian dubbing. You can store luggage and go for a walk. Enjoy the trip.

I stayed for one night and arrived late. The check-in was very quickly, the employee of reception upgraded my room. The room had the big space, clean curtains and all the surfaces, the bed was very comfortable and white, all the lights and conditioner worked very well. The bathroom had clean and white bath and bidet in addition to that, white towels, napkins. All the taps and water drains worked very good. Actually the room seemed as after repair because of fresh walls and good floor without any cover. Breakfast wasn’t bad. You can find here juices, fruits, cheeses, ham. I asked a fried eggs and they cooked it and I didn’t pay any extra money. All the stuff (receptionist, concierge, waitress) was very helpful and friendly. You can leave suitcases in their storage room. The hotel location is opposite trams stop. Actually Crivis is a nice hotel. Honestly I didn’t expect a good experience because of old sofas on the lobby.

Excellent room. Tram stop next to the hotel, and train station 5 mins away. very safe neighborhood and close to Duomo. Rooms are clean, and beds are comfy. Being vegetarian, they had quite a few options at breakfast. Enjoyed it. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket to buy water, fruits and any munching items. We took 3 day public transort pass (13euros for 3 days) and used it for our stay to go to all the places. Milan has extensive network of trams which we really loved to travel on. Gave us vintage feeling.
