Hotel Pavone

The reception staff were very friendly and would always help us out to take a group photo and where possible to facilitate a late check-out without any extra cost. Although it is a small hotel, it is located in a lovely area of Milan that is in walking distance from the shopping centre and some lovely cafes and restaurants. There was air conditioning in the room, toiletries supplied in the bathroom, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

There is no storage space for luggage if you arrived earlier than the check-in time. However, you are able to leave it in the corner of reception and there will always be someone at the reception desk to look over the stuff.

The location is perfect, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Duomo. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. Yet what makes this property special is the staff! Maria the maid- did everything she could when she learned that I forgot my international charger. She went above and beyond and showed so much care and concern to help the situation until I could find one in the city. Maria at the front desk - is exceptional, super sweet, genuine and so kind with all of my questions for directions regarding the metro, tram and trains. The staff make this property super!

That's the only problem I had, the hotel does not provide any breakfast or any drinks. Location was perfect for my needs as I had to use the metro daily. Staff very friendly and well spoken in English, also very helpful.

I really cannot find anything wrong, si ce I used the room to sleep and wash. I was on a buisiness trip so I had everthing I needed.

The people working at the reception we’re very nice! Even when we where drunk they where nice. And the next day they helped pay our fine.

We loved everything about this hotel. Number 1 was the friendly, helpful staff. Our room was well appointed and clean. The hotel was extremely good value for Milan, without sacrificing comfort, convenience or location. It was easy to get anywhere by transit but also just a 15 minute walk to the Duomo.

This was a very satisfying hotel for price and location. It is a relatively short and scenic walk to the Duomo di Milano and Cathedral Square, as well as other sites (La Scala and the Castello area).

Breakfast was not included. But, there are several good cafes in the immediate area and even across the street.

It was all good the room super clean , AC and everything worked well except there is no water in the room amd fridge . I think water is necessary for travelers coming late and don’t have possibilities to buy late in the night !

was a good deal ....and while no breakfast included there were two cafes just 2 minutes walk to the corner and one open at 6 for coffee and pastry.

Too small a safe only the size of my fanny pack and a passport

Quiet, clean and cozy hotel, kind and helpful staff, excellent location near city centre and public transportation, restaurants, cafés, shops around, nice and safe area. Would visit hotel Pavone again

We had a really lovely time staying here. Everyone at the reception desk was kind, friendly and helpful. It was only a short walk from the Duomo and plenty of cafes bars and restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back!
