Hotel Cinque Giornate

You will get exactly what the hotel presents on its website. Breakfast for shorter stays is fine, matches the price range of the hotel. On the one hand, the hotel has a perfect location a short walk from the historic center, while being far enough away from the tourist area that you will encounter locals, not tourists, in the restaurants in the area. Excellent public transport links to all the interesting places in Milano and to Central Station. On the other hand, the hotel is located at a very busy intersection, so the noise is considerable all night long. For guests used to city night traffic this is fine, we had problems getting used to it at first.

Small and cozy hotel located close to main sightseeing’s. The room was small but clean. The location was very good. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They did excellent job from checking in to check out. Maysa, Receptionist has always met us with beautiful smile and provided excellent customer service. It was late evening when I asked her to assist with check-in for our flight online. She took care of it and even printed boarding passes for us. Thank you for wonderful 3 nights in your hotel.

The breakfast was included. However, the menu was very limited and the same every single morning.

It was near the city center, if you took a tram, which you could find easily near the hotel. The hotel was a bit older, But the staff was friendly, most of them speaking English. The room was a bit small, and we had connected rooms with the another room, there were one locked doors, between the rooms, and we could hear everything from the next room.

Breakfast: not much to choose, but you can find there everything you need, eggs, ham, cheese, something sweet, and really good coffee ( I just recommend to add some graham bread or wholemeal.

The beautifully renovated hotel is situated quite close to Stazione Milano Centrale (train station) and all the important and impressive sightseeings, to which you can go by tram and also on foot for those who love walking (e.x. Duomo, Scala di Milano, Galleria Vittorio Emanouele II, Monumento a Leonardo da Vinci, Monumento a Giuseppe Garibaldi, Parco Sempione, Castello Sforzesco, Arco della Pace, Santa Maria Delle Grazie, Fabricio Bossio Clock Tower, Bosco Verticale). Although the check in is at 14.00, our room was fortunately ready a bit earlier in order to get rest sooner. The breakfast was more than satisfying (we loved the 4 different types of croissants, lemonpie and cake were super delicious, perfect cappuccino). Last but not least, special thanks to Mr. Alan, the kindest and most helpful receptionist, who was willing to find the nearest way of transportation in order for us to visit the worthy to see districts in Milan. The carpet in the lobby is not necessary, especially during the summer period.

Staff was very kind friendly and helpful! Elevator was great to bring up our luggage! Location was perfect, walking distance to many places and landmarks, if not the taxi station is in the front and tram and bus stations as well!! I really liked the connecting rooms since we have 2 children it made them feel independent and at the same time rooms were separate and we each had our bathrooms!

Breakfast was so so! But then again that's everywhere in italy! The fact that we had to pay for water from our fridge! I can understand beer but water?!

The hotel's prime location made it convenient for exploring the city, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms were warm and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast – a great variety and quality, offering excellent value for money.

The rooms, while warm and cozy, lacked soundproofing, and I could practically hear my neighbors as if they were in the same room

I liked the room was very clean, well kept. The staff was very friendly. They accepted us after check in hours. The locality was great for the sightseeing as it was close to the city center. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I would say the breakfast was fine, but I'd expect more options. Might be cause we came later, thought. Anyway, I liked the coffee and croissant with the fresh fruits.

Liked the location and the staff were very friendly. They cleaned the room every day during our stay and even when I had left a lot of my stuff on the bed that wasn't something they tried to use as an excuse not clean it but the opposite. That was great

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they didn't have a lift, so we had go carry our suitcase up the stairs which wasn't the easier of things to do.

The room was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. They made us feel very welcome with a personal touch. The location was superb. Easy to get to by tram from the station. A good selection of restaurants nearby. Just 15 walk to the cathedral and main piazza. Highly recommended for location and service.

Breakfast great and very good room service

It was hot when we were there and they did not turned the AC on justifying that the weather don't use to be like that at this time of the year. Because of that, it was hard to sleep without the windows opened, but when did, bugs entered the room and it was even harder to sleep! Besides that, during the evening, there is a restaurant close to our room window and the smell of frying was disturbing.
