Location in a quiet area near a park, within walking distance from all key points to visit in Milan

The fact that we booked and paid for two deluxe large rooms (advertised as 22 sq.m) for two adults and two childern, but when we arrived, two inferior rooms were presented instead. The woman at the reception had a nervous breakdown when we requested our rooms and said we were free to go somewhere else if we did not like it. The next day one of the rooms was changed, but not both. The behaviour of that woman at the reception was a nightmare we will always remember. Children were scared when she was shouting.

We liked the hotel's helpful and patient staff both at the reception and at breakfast. The facilities of the room were sufficient, which also included a comfortable bed and numerous pillows. The location of the hotel is perfect - in front of a park and with a green terrace inside.

A small carpet in the room was not that clean. The room was facing the terrace, at which every night there was some kind of a party until 2 a.m. Since we travelled with a child any kind of noise at night was unwanted. The breakfast was the same every day, it was quite good, however absolutely the same. A little diversity could be nice.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The room was perfect, good size etc and the bathroom was enormous with warm towels and everything I needed. Good location for us too, close to the park which made it great for our dog!

I asked for a quiet room upon arrival, had forgotten to write earlier. The man in the reception was very sweet and tried to fix this for me. Unfortunately I was given a room opposite the door to the gym, which meant one step and I was inside the gym which probably would not have been quiet as people go to the gym early in the morning. I was then changed to another room by the lady at the front desk who was telling me that the first floor is not bad just because it's the first floor but my room was incredibly noisy during the night with traffic and deliveries to the hotel.. The price value was not great for me.

Very warm rooms (used tghe AC as the heater) which was great because it was cold outside, great breakfast, tea kettle with a good tea selection in the room, wonderful location (went on foot to the city center), very clean, friendly staff, historical hotel

We went downstairs to use the internet because the WI-Fi connection in our room was not stable at all. Seems like other guests had the same problem too, as many of us were on our phones in the hall in the evening.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. All the front desk staff we encountered were helpful, we even got a free room upgrade. My daughter forgot her phone at the lobby and the hotel staff kept it safe till we returned at night when it was found. The breakfast was amazing and it was lovely to have a free glass of bubbly alongside breakfast. The proximity to the city centre and metro stations was also another advantage of staying here. I highly recommend property and will be visiting again.

The room was very nice and spacious, and the location of the hotel was also very good. We received exceptionally friendly and professional customer service from Ilaria at the reception and Corrado at the lobby bar. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back on our next trip to Milano.

The Turkish sauna in the room didn't function properly and it was difficult to get it up and running. Instructions of the usage (i.e. you need to let the shower run for a long time to get the steam) would be helpful. The breakfast, especially the eggs, were not so delicious. The boiled eggs were inside green/grey and they looked/tasted somewhat old. Also, the breakfast room temperature was too cold, we were freezing.

location was near duomo and brera 12 minutes walking to each. rooms were clean and staff at reception and breakfast were great , they didn’t hesitate to give me one of my rooms late check out when I asked

parking is not convenient at all it’s 3-4 minutes walking from hotel, and if you have luggage or raining it’s even worse , it’s not the hotel parking it’s an outside company that gives the guests of the hotel a special rate of 39€ a night which is not cheap at all, I parked on another trip right next to the duomo for 40€, and if you have luggage or raining it’s even worse . breakfast can be a better , cheese and vegetable selection is very limited, and one morning all the trays were empty and the staff didn’t notice until my son told them, but they immediately refilled everything. the gym is very small and very little equipment.

The view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and they provide slippers. Also had very big selection for minibar.

The television did not have Bluetooth or Roku capabilities. The bathroom lighting above the sink was not very bright made it difficult to shave. it would be nice to have a light below the TV for writing out documents

- Professional staff attending promptly to guests' requests. - Quiet, comfortable and clean hotel. - Modern, clean and sufficiently lit room. - I booked a room with Park view which was a plus.

- Breakfast options are very limited. Not many varieties of vegetables available. Only green leaves and cherry tomatoes. No coffee machine to select the type of coffee. The hotel charges for the omelettes. - No daily complementary water in the room. - No supermarkets or cafés around the hotel.
