NH Collection Milano Touring

We received a free upgrade upon check-in for being the "lucky guests of the day" and we also got a free drink. The room was very nice and our request to receive a double bed instead of two singles and a shower instead of a bathtub was taken into consideration. The staff at the reception was incredibly nice and helpful for whenever we needed something. Additionally, we arrived by car and there was a car parking around 2 min from the hotel. For an additional charge of EUR 15/hour we also got to have a late check-out until 15 o'clock.

Unfortunately the elevators broke down twice during our 3 day trip, however, they had them fixed quite quickly each time. The hotel is around 15-20 min from the duomo. It was no problem for us, however, if you like to be very close to the duomo or the direct centre maybe this hotel is not for you. Otherwise our room was right where the elevators are and we could here people coming and going at times. Which also made me wonder if they could hear us back. Otherwise a lovely room.

The staff was super helpful! We got to the hotel at 10AM and our room was ready, they let us right in we couldn't believe it. The Hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable, lots of space

Facilities were a bit old, there was no style or beautiful interiors to enjoy. The location was also a bit outside the vibrant neighborhoods of Milan, that's the only downside we could find, other than that it was awesome.

The Hotel is near to Milan Central station, Bus and Metro station are near by and it’s also not that far to have a walk to the dome or to the galleria. The stuff is friendly and forthcoming, the room is quiet and well air conditioned. If you take the rooms on the VIP floor, you get spoiled with free bottled water, sweets and cookies. More so, you also have better breakfast options. The breakfast was very rich, and there’s something for every taste. Nearby you will find Indro Montanelli Gardens, that has a rich history, and you will find some surprising wildlife as koi fish and some turtles. Theres also some beautiful historical buildings and statutes. During the summertime don’t forget to take some bug spray along, the whole area is full of mosquitos.

The only thing I did not like that much is, the size of the window in the room. The only window is small, and you have any view to mention.

We arrived to the property around midday, and after a rough morning of travel, appreciated the early check in. In terms of property details: • it was quiet - we’ve stayed at a few places in Italy (namely suites) where you heard a lot of street and internal noises. A quiet room was welcomed • the room was clean - always a perk of staying at well established hotels • the room was of decent size…it could have been bigger, but for the cleanliness and noise levels, it was a sacrifice well made • the staff were friendly and efficient!

If we had to be picky: • the pillows are awfully soft - if you like harder pillows, be prepared to stack the pillows up • the prices for drinks at the bar are quite pricey - 8€ for a beer and 4€ for a coke…if the drinks were cheaper at the bar, we would have loved to have spent more time there • the TV wasn’t a smart TV meaning you couldn’t watch any Netflix, Kayo etc.

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the NH Collection Touring in Milano, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. My room was ready when i arrive to the hotel around 11.30- It was amazing. The hotel's location is ideal, 7min walking from Milano Central ( trains and bus) and like 10min walking from the city center- Milano Cathedral , making it incredibly convenient to explore the city's attractions, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and delectable choices to start the day off right. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They were always ready to offer recommendations, assist with reservations, and address any questions I had. I can confidently say that NH Collection Milano exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a perfect choice for anyone looking for an centrally located hotel in Milan in a part of the city very quiet. I can't wait to return to this wonderful establishment on my next visit to this beautiful city.

The room had a great feel to it! From the hotel Lobby to the room the whole place was very clean and decorated nicely. We were extremely impressed with the staff, they were so polite and friendly and made you feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms had everything you needed! The beds were extremely comfortable, I had a couple of great sleeps. The location is a good one! And ideal for us for the visit to the centre of the city and going to the Italian GP. We had breakfast with our stay and this is as you would expect. Honestly couldn't fault a thing on this hotel.

It's our favorite place to stay in Milano! I was a bit late with the booking this time and our preferable room was not available, but the team managed to organize another spacious option for my family. As always - quite good breakfast, this time we also had a dinner one day, very good service and good quality of food! The bar is also very nice for a couple of drinks after a long day or to open an evening, before going anywhere else :) The only thing I can think of in terms of improvements is valet parking, since we usually come with a car to Milano. Not sure if it's possible, but would be greatly appreciated :) Will see you soon again!

friendly staff , excellent location in heart of downtown. many attraction places at a walking distance including Milano centrale train station
