The Westin Palace, Milan

The room was a really good size, well appointed and I could move the chairs to have enough space for a yoga mat. The bed was huge and pillows / duvet very comfortable. That’s an essential for me. I had the good surprise to find a high quality hair dryer and a portable steamer in the wardrobe, which I used. The bathtub was small but I love a bath and was grateful for it. Mini bar items are free, high quality amenities. The room service was good and fast, with one exception due to a big conference, staff in the bar were incredibly thoughtful and efficient. Bar food including the risotto were excellent. The hotel could use with some design updates in the rooms, but overall it was good.

The garden was not open, concierge seemed a bit stiff when I asked questions and not particularly gracious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Palace, Milan and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. The hotel itself is stunning - it's a beautiful, historic building that's been tastefully renovated to include all the modern amenities you could want. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the linens are soft and luxurious. And the staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is perfect.

I had stayed here many years ago, and had a good experience so decided to come back.. the rooms were nice, well decorated, huge bed and fancy Acqua Di Parma toiletries. Nice location, walkable to restaurants and bars (15-20mins). Rooftop bar in the hotel opposite, was very good. Room did not come with an iron, but instead a handheld steamer, which I liked.

Rooms looked a little tired, fabric walls needed cleaning (some stains, possibly water stains were visible) and bathroom was also looking a little dated.. need some modernising.

Location was 10–15-minute walk from the Main Rail station but away from the Main Tourist hub. Staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, hotel very clean

During our stay in Westin Palace, Mario T is the most outstanding and passionate one in panEVO restaurant, we enjoyed very much whatever we had breakfasts or dinners, he always shares his best experience to recommend nice wine and delicious food. It made our stay in Milan unforgettable and full of delight. Thank you Mario T and we committed to visit Napoli’ Marriott soon !

Lovely staff, beautiful deco, large spacious room, very clean and location is very good, we could walk to Duomo Milan in 25 mins. They upgraded my room on arrival, sent me a cake and balloons to my room on my birthday.

Parking is a slight issue, but close to city centre so this was expected. Valet parking at the hotel is convenient but expensive on weekdays. There is parking nearby but also €24 for overnight.

The room is beautifully decorated with a classic touches, the bathroom is quite spacious with all amenities and towels needed. the room is quite and spacious as well, the staff were very helpful. location is great in middle between the city center and central station were you can use the metro to access both locations

The hotel felt very luxurious and was definitely a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable.

The shower head was not in condition. There also needed to be better communication from the staff. They didn’t explain the charges early on at check in which included the room charges and an additional 20% bond. We were surprised when we checked out accounts at first and needed the staff to clarify.
