Good location, short walk to Metro, 20 minute walk to the centre. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Decent size room and bathroom, so no complaints there.

Breakfast was not quite up to scratch and was a little disappointing. Complimentary water on our first night, but the hotel refused to provide this on subsequent nights, despite me pointing out that their costs for these nights were actually lower than for our first night. This was a bit penny-pinching in my opinion. So for a cost to them of less than a euro, my view on the hotel went down a notch.

The lobby is lovely/modern decor, the staff very helpful. The problem was that the first room we had booked - a standard room - was very small. Too small. Thank Goodness the A/C wasn't working and they upgraded us to a "superior room" which was large and nice. The only other problem was the location - its in a not-nice neighborhood. Very down-market neighborhood. It was walking to downtown Milan though (20 min walk), but it's not a good neighborhood. There is one very Excellent Italian restaurant nearby called Casiara at via tadino 5 if you stay here, you must eat at this local Italian restaurant - elegant, amazing Italian food!

The hotel entry and ground floors are very modern and welcoming! The rooms are very clean and we felt comfortable at the hotel. The location was also great for us because it was a 15/20min walk to Via Alessandro Manzoni and surrounding Brera area with many upscale shops that we were planning to go to. It was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to Brera, but outside of the super central tourist madness :) Overall, great value for money and I would come back again.

The only thing to note is that the furniture in the rooms was not as modern, which didn’t bother us as everything was clean.

Easy 15 min walk from station and close to metro for getting around as well as bars, restaurants (Apertivo before 8pm recommended as is Canal (Naviglia) area!) and shops. Rooms mainly arranged around courtyard with soundproofing so nice and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful with good English giving suggestions of where to visit and eat. Fast WiFi and fridge in room. Breakfast really good with wide selection from buffet. We booked for another night on our return from Lake Garda we were so pleased with it first time around - and we got an upgrade!

Standard rooms a bit tight but adequate for a short stay.

Really clean and nice inside. The reception staff was very helpful, much better than usual in southern countries. Minibar was free (but nobody told us).

I wish the information about the minibar was clearer. Ine could have a small beer for free instead of going down to the bar and getting the same small bottle for 6EUR (sorry, I do not get the price, the material is at disposal for free and the barman does no job, I can open it myself, it is not a drought beer). I also missed some services (at least small wellness or so), there were none. Breakfasts were ok, but nothing special, for that level of a hotel, one could expect a bit better and less boring, as all the 6 days, it was basically every day the same.

The room size was very good, but the bathroom was a little smaller than expected. We had the superior room, so expected to have something larger. But it came with bath robes and slippers, which was cool but we didn't use. Honestly I'm not sure who uses bath robes anymore. The breakfast area was very nice and the breakfast in general was very good. First time we had scramble eggs and italian bacon in our trip, which was awesome. The breakfast staff was very nice. The location was very good, about 20-25mins by walk from Milano Central station, via Vittor Pisani

it's unusual not to have USB connection anywhere. We found it unusual in these days any modern hotel not to have USB connections in the rooms

Our superior room looks very clean and spacious. The cleaning staff always clean the room and arrange everything neatly. The room looks nice and is Italian styled not modern furniture but something that matches the Italian culture. The bed is heavenly especially after a long day of walking and touring, the bed provided a relaxing escapade. The location is 5-7 minutes by taxi to Duomo and central train station and the taxi is not the expensive hence is an ok location. The breakfast is luxurious and there were plenty of food to choose from, one could never go hungry before going for their daily tour. We get to eat breakfast on the patio that looks very nice and inviting and breakfast staff were all nice and helpful. The receptionist as well we're very helpful to us and very kind and the hotel interior looks very nice and chic.

The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel is that the walls are very thin, though I could not hear my neighboring room they could hear us. As we have small kids that cries and play a lot, apparently they can hear them and we we're knocked on the wall once :-D

The reception and bar area are very modern but rooms are not as new. Having said so, photos are genuine and rooms are clean. Breakfast was quite varied too. It was a fantastic location for us since we needed to be close to the Start for the Milano Marathon. However for any other place it was still easy as the metro was a 10 minute walk away.

The balcony was easily accessible to anyone as one could easily walk out from the room onto the balcony so felt unsafe to leave the window open.

Overall Very Nice hotel. It's clean and smells very nice Beautiful decor just adds to the experience. Located not too far from city centre - 20-25min by foot, you can walk and look at quite nice architecture on your way (alternatively there is an underground and tram). Staff is super nice and helpful - they've allowed us to check in earlier, so we did not have to carry our language to the city centre (MANY THANKS FOR THAT!) Overall I recommend this hotel, super nice decor, very clean, staff super supportive and quite close to all the places which you want to see.

A good-sized room with a super-king-sized bed, even though it was advertised as a double. An excellent selection of breakfast items which were kept replenished. Friendly and helpful staff. An excellent location for lots of the main tourist attractions and also for Milano Centrale train station.

There was a smoking area near to the breakfast room, and the smell of smoke would sometimes waft out, which wasn't very pleasant.
