Made to Measure Business

What a great place situated in an excellent area. Very close to the Milan Centrale station and there were heaps of bars and restaurants close by. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and we had booked 3 rooms for 2 couples and a single person. Good water pressure and hot water for showers. Coffee pod machine and kettle with tea, sugar and long life milk in each room and we had 2 bottles of water included in the stay. Breakfast was delivered to our room at a time set by us and was a good selection. Will definitely stay here again. Located in a very secure building and there was a lift available.

There was nothing that we disliked about this place. It was a fabulous place.

Comfortable, modern B&B style place in a residential building close to the central train station. We enjoyed the area a lot - not touristy despite its proximity to the station, lots of good restaurants and cafes, walkable to the main attractions of Milan. We weren't sure what to expect with the self check-in options and codes and such, but it was all fine, and if you arrive during relatively normal hours someone will be there to greet you and help out with anything. Breakfast is the standard Italian B&B type if you've had it before - nothing special but fine. Anyway we'd love to spend more time in Milan again and would certainly stay here again.

I am confident that the water bottles will be provided after the room is cleaned in the future.

The location is great: a short walk from Milan Central station. The area is safe. The rooms are clean and well lit. Two free bottles of water in the mini fridge. The members of staff are very helpful and responsive. Breakfast is served in the room and it’s very nice. The Nespresso coffee maker in the room is a nice touch. Plenty of fresh towels in the bathroom.

The building where the B&B is located smells of cigarettes despite signs displaying that it’s forbidden to smoke. It’s a shame because it’s a very overwhelming smell and the first thing you notice when you enter the building. The B&B reception is on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor. Upon arrival the air conditioning wasn’t working and there’s was no cold water coming out of the taps. I called the emergency numbers and we had the caretaker turning up in a timely manner. She managed to fix the cold water issue and suddenly the air conditioning unit started working again too. I don’t like the fact that the double bed is made up of two single mattresses which split in the middle as soon as you start moving and you end up with a huge gap.

Very clean, spacious and in a great location, near to metro and central station. The breakfast was pretty amazing with bread, yoghurt and juice.

The location was fab just at 5/10 min walk from central station and metro for public transport. The hotel was well secured and staff were lovely. The room was cosy and comfortable, with fab facilities!

The breakfasts were ok, I feel slices of bread toast would have been nice, as the slices of toast were so small and cracked trying to put butter on. The fresh orange were quite strong and had bits in which we weren’t too keen on, I feel glasses of water/mini bottle of water would be a nice add. But other than that the yogurts and crackers were nice. Having breakfast served to room each day was really lovely.

A very cozy and beautiful room in the central station area, the staff is very kind and welcoming.

When we arrived in Milan we first stayed in the Superior Double Room for 2 nights (First floor; Room A) - This was comfortable and plenty space in the bedroom and bathroom with bottles of water in the fridge free. We then came back to Milan before returning home we stayed in the Comfort Double Room for 2 nights (Second floor) - This was in my opinion the better room as you were higher up from noise on the street of people walking by/ people at the restaurants opposite. Had no disturbances when sleeping and added bonus was the water pressure in the shower. We had free bottled water in the fridge in our room, also the breakfast was a warm croissant which were delicious. Our host was very nice and friendly. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Superior Double Room (First floor; Room A) - With this room being on the corner there was a lot of noise from the streets below. The air conditioning wasn’t great so had to have doors open which didn’t work well for the noise and for the bin van coming in the early hours. Comfort Double Room (Second floor) - This room was perfect and had no faults.

Location was perfect for Central station and easy to get to. Staff were vert accommodating when we arrived early and allowed us to leave luggage once we checked out. Communication was very easy and I highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was very average and some fresh coffee with milk available would have been great in the morning. Could have had some other options if possible like fresh fruit and muesli.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Quite close to the central station with hundreds of restaurants and cafes around in different qualities. There is even one just round the corner of our hotel with michelin starred chefs. The room is modestly decorated but has got everything you need. In the bathroom shampoo conditioner, comoact soaps, body lotion, body shampoo hairdrier, towels with slippers are present. Breakfast is bought to the room exactly in time you wished. The room is large enough for two. Flavia was amazing, very helpful. Franseco was equally good and helpful. Thank you for everything

The Body lotion was half full. But l did not bring it up to their attention as it was not very important. There wasn't an armchair to sit on comfortably. But those are forgiveable. On the whole, it is a good place to stay.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. I do travel a lot and that was the nicest and friendliest staff I've ever encountered. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Great location, close to the Centrale. The amenities in the room smell amazing, and the breakfast is perfect.

Nothing. I absolutely loved everything. If I have to say something that I did not looooved, was just that the room was too hot. Even during winter, we had to sleep with the AC off and the windows on. I believe that was due to the central heather.
