B&B Napoli Binario 10

Everything was perfect! Fast response from the owner in booking.com. The B&B location is right next to the Central Station, which is strategic for me & my friends to visit Pompeii. The room is spacious, tidy, and the beds are super comfy. Bathroom is spotlessly clean. The AC also helps with warming up the room - we came during winter so that was so much needed. The breakfast is basic but super yummy! Fresh croissant with jam or butter or nutella, crackers, and orange juice. The owner and his uncle were friendly and helpful. The owner's uncle explained to us passionately in English which spots to visit 😄 With the price it offers, the value is awesome! In fact, among other places that we stayed during our Europe trip, me & my friends agree that this B&B is the best place that we've stayed

The B&B is in the 4th (or 5th? I forgot) floor, so we had to use elevator. Since the elevator is old and only functions if its' door is closed manually, there were some instances we were waiting for the elevator, but it didn't show up. When we went up the stairs to other floors to check, turned out the elevator door was not closed by the last person using it, so it was stuck on that particular floor. The elevator is also small in size, so it can only fit very few people.

The B&B was really close to the train station and an easy walk to the historic city center. From the train station it was easy to get to amalfi, sorrento and pompei! The host was nice and always available to help! The room had a good space and also a table with some chairs. At night it was quiet at the B&B. Would recommend to a friend and stay again if visiting the city!

The staff are very friendly, from the guy at the reception to the cleaning lady. I was greeted every morning with an espresso with a smile. It is one minute from napoli central station. Alibus which connects downtown and airport is basically almost next door. So the location is fantastic. Even though there are many immigrants, they don‘t harm anyone. I had no problems, but there is a whatsapp number to reach them in the evening if you need something, because after 8pm the reception is not occupied. Hot water works great. Bed was good. It is very quiet unless your neighbour makes noise.

The Internet does not work at one night for a couple of hours. I stayed there 5 nights. The restroom smells sometimes a bit. But I think it‘s not the owners fault.

A spontaneous last minute night in Naples so looked up cheapest places to stay near to the train station and ended up booking this place. Gino made us feel so welcomed, provided us with complimentary coffees on arrival and a complimentary breakfast ( a croissant and coffee). Right by the train station so great location when in transit but the building feels quite safe. The room was bigger than we anticipated and we really enjoyed it. It is in a busy location so was concerned about the noise but with the balcony door closed and AC on, I was able to sleep through the night very comfortably ( and I am a light sleeper)

We only stayed here 1 night on the way to Rome. We had an out of hours check-in which was very easy due to the instructions from Gino. The room was very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We had a very nice complementary breakfast, which was brought to the room. The location is excellent for the railway station and other centrally located sites.

If we had been staying longer we would have struggled with the number of hangers for clothes, but it was fine for us. The view from our room wasn't great, but for 1 night it didn't matter

Room was big and clean, towels were changed after 3 days for fresh ones. You can choose various things for breakfast (and it was tasty). Very friendly and helpful owner. Our flight was changed so we arrived after the normal check-in time and there was no problem with that, everything was prepared for a self checkin. On last day we could leave our baggage there for a couple of hours after our check out.

The only small "minus" is a localisation. It's good place if you want to see things outside of Napels (because it's right next to a train station) but I would be afraid to go there alone in the dark.

We were here mid april, perfect location, next to the train station, tons of restaurants and buses to use. They can keep your luggage in the hallway but you must tell the staff, toilets and room are pretty big, was enough for us 3.

Not sure if these were the staff or residents but people smoked just outside the hotel, which is still inside the building (on the same floor of it) and it filled the entire space, the smell was horrible, I personally will avoid but if you don't care about the cigar smell then go ahead

Great value for money. Really good staff, friendly and helpful. We found the bed very comfortable. Very clean. Convenient for getting on public transport or for walking around the Citu

We found it hard to find , Google maps not much use either. When in Piazza Garibaldi look for the large Hotel Sant Angelo sign then go through the wooden doors beneath the sign , go through the court yard to the lift. The B& B is on 5th floor. If the outer wooden doors are shut a member of staff from the pizzeria next door will let you in. Piazza Garibaldi is grim! But even so we did not experience and hassle or trouble when walking through it.

It is very close to Napoli Centrale and the Metro, which means one can check in and start your adventure straight away. This hotel offers excellent value for money. The lift is very tiny, but functional. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The area surrounding the station is a bit dodgy at night, but the court yard leading to the hotel is locked at 8pm - so once you are in, you are safe. There is 24 hour security access, so no curfew. This should not put anybody off from booking at this hotel - just be vigilant when going out.

It was 4 of us, we booked the quadruple room. Our host was very nice and friendly. He texted us the same day to check what time we're going to arrive and greeted us when we did. He also gave us some nice tips and what to look out for. Also offered a tour guy to show us around. The building main door gets locked at night and they don't let people from outside come in, which is great in regards of safety in this particular area.

The location is good, because is right next to the central train station and from there you can also catch the Alibus to the airport, which is very convenient and you're well connected to transportation. The only con is that right next to the building there is something like a street market (the view from the balcony) and in the area there are a lot of emigrants looking suspiciously and trying to sell you stuff, but didn't cause any trouble at all.
