I think the rooms were extra clean and spaceous. Bed was very comfordable and large. The hotel looks very decent and seems to be renovated. Staff was very welcoming and lovely. The bathrooms were clean and there was a lot of extra things in the room like shampoo, body wash, shower cap etc. I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The location was good in a sense that it was close to the train station and not far from the port as well, but the overall area/streets were very dirty and smelly near the hotel. But this is something the hotel has no control over and they cannot do anything about it. Other complaints i do not have.

The hotel itself is great value for money. Very comfortable, clean, breakfast selection is terrific and very well located. Wifi works brilliantly, sky movie channels in English, tea and coffee making in room - more places in Italy should have that.

The staff! With the exception of one girl in the restaurant and one concierge, the rest of the staff are either miserable or rude. Every single person on the front desk looks like their faces would crack if they smiled - I've never seen such a collection of miserable people in my life - it's called HOSPITALITY for a reason. Housekeeping walked straight into our room on two consecutive days and if you asked for a cappuccino in the restaurant the reaction was like asking them to donate a kidney. Soundproofing isn't great, this is an extremely busy part of Naples and car horns and sirens are still clearly heard with doors closed and locked.

The location is great as it’s right next to Napoli Centrale. There’s a metro station as well and you can, of course, walk anywhere by foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are sunlight blocking curtains! Rooms have air con as well.

Bed sheets have some stains on them. The price for laundry services is absurd. €2,50 to wash one pair of underwear?! Also, the hotel is quite noisy. You can hear everyone in the hallway. After a day of hitting the town, I come back to my hotel room to find my necklace missing. I don’t know if the cleaning personnel accidentally vacuumed it up or not. It wasn’t very valuable but still valuable to me.

Hotel was in a good location right next to the central train station, an underground shopping centre and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was very large and varied and helped set us all up for the trip with our family to the Amalfi coast for a wedding.

Hotel signage could be a little better, the lifts are in 3 of the 4 corners of the hotel with no signs to point them out, also took a while to find the right rooms as due to the layouts on the floors it pointed us in the wrong direction a few times as it's a little maze with sections coming off the main corridors and no signs so wandering round till you found the right number.

Standard city centre hotel of a chain. Plenty choice for breakfast. Although arriving before check in time a room was given to us( we had a booking for two rooms and this probably overrides the request to be near to each other) The hotel is convenient for the underground and train station.

Price is quite high for the facilities on offer. Rooms on station side are noisy due to car horns and station announcements Although booking.com does offer chance to pay in advance for rooms. Hotel sends a payment link. It is probably easier to pay on checkout.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was up on the fourth floor (we were there for two nights at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end prior to flying back from Naples). It was relatively quiet away from the traffic noise. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Excellent location if you're staying in Naples and want to get to Pompeii (half an hour on the train and the station is two minutes walk away), Herculaneum or even the Amalfi Coast (which will take longer). The Airport Bus also stops outside the station - easily accessible, about every 15/20 minutes most of the day and 5 euros each, one way (Sept 2023). And you can walk to the old town.

The hotel is centrally located on a busy 'piazza' with constant traffic - so ask for a room high up. The in house restaurant was VERY quiet - we ate there once and had the chef's menu. It was perfectly acceptable but the restaurant lacked ambience: much better at breakfast time! There are plenty of eating places along the side of the central square.

We booked this hotel as it was recommended on a list of hotels for a trip we had to Pompeii. It is right next to the main train station and underground network and in a busy piazza which gets manic at busy times (very entertaining to watch) but good if you use the underground network Our room was on the 2nd floor and we had a balcony facing the piazza - given this, you would think that it would be very noisy and it was when the balcony door was open, but as soon as you shut it - nothing from outside.....very peaceful. It is in a very good location and has underground parking where you leave your keys as the staff have to move cars around but they are very caring to your car. We didn't use the restaurant in the hotel as the piazza has a vast array of cafes and restaurants, there is a high police presence around so it is a safe place to be. The breakfast was vast and fresh, but very busy so at times it is hard to get a table, but the staff were efficient about clearing used tables so a wait of only a few minutes.

Noise from other guests when they are walking through the corridors, but that is down to other people not being respectful so nothing the hotel can do about that.

Very convenient opposite the train station but quiet generally from the hustle and bustle outside. Upgraded my room , comfortable bed with good pillows, good bathroom with bath.

Had a door communicating to the next room so could hear every conversation taking place there especially noisy and loud neighbours. My room was an upgrade so cost around €200 ! I never understand why they charge so much for drinks in the mini bar when you already pay€200 for the room , 2.50 euros for a small bottle of water ..I once stayed in a hotel in Menton , France when the contents of the minibar were free and replenished everyday !Fantastic !

The Terminus is the "Grande Dame" of hotels in the vicinity of Naples railway station, exuding comfort and quiet professionalism in a somewhat busy area. Ideally situated opposite the railway station, which is also served by the frequent airport bus, the bedrooms are well soundproofed. Good buffet breakfast with quality coffee. The restaurant serves reasonably priced, well prepared and locally-inspired food in a traditional atmosphere which appeals to couples and single travellers who might not enjoy the overt conviviality of other restaurants in the area.

Ten seconds after entering the bedroom, the television switches on automatically, every time, and so the first thing you have to do is to find the remote to switch it off to get some peace and quiet.

Location. Very convenient and walking distance to main attractions. Railway station was just across the road. So we didn't need any transportation to go around and see the places. Lots of eating area around the hotel. As any other cities there are lots of homeless people around so be careful when you are walking around. View from our room was awesome especially in the night. Took breakfast only for a day which was good and then found cheaper places around. Highly recommend this hotel and if we are coming back we prefer this hotel.
