I love! I love! I love! I highly recommend this b&b hotel! I booked room number 505 from August 23rd to September 4th, 2023. The entrance to the hotel is located directly on Piazza Garibaldi, where you will find everything a tourist needs. Grocery stores, shops with local products, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, railway station (from where we can go to Possitano or Sorrento), and we can even buy fakes of original handbags or wallets :) The hotel is located on the 5th floor, where (fortunately there is an elevator). ), but you must remember to close the door, otherwise it won't work. I am very pleased with the room, which had a TV, working air conditioning and a balcony with a view of Piazza Garibaldi, which is especially impressive at night (you can also see Vesuvius from the balcony). The room has 3 beds (2 singles and 1 double), a spacious wardrobe, and a bathroom with everything you need. The staff is wonderful! The ladies were very helpful and nice, they cleaned and changed towels every day. I arrived in Naples quite early, but there was no problem with checking in early. I spent 12 days there and had no problem with ANYTHING! Some people write that the area is dangerous... Dear people, in every city in the world there are dangerous districts and people, so you have to be careful, keep your purse with you, but there are always police patrols there from the evening until late at night, so I felt safe there. I recommend it wholeheartedly! I will definitely come back!

We liked the location (easy to get to / from the airport and to reach the city centre. Metro was just a few steps away as well. Also, the AC was very good (outside the weather was boiling hot and AC saved lives :)). Room services each day.

There was only one window / door so it was very dark. We had to switch on the light even in the daytime. It was too dark. The balcony was very small and there were scaffolding and constructions going on so it wasn't able to go there. Wifi was quite slow. Especially in the second floor (where the bed is). Our time to check our was until 11.30, but the staff was knocking on the door a few mins after 11 so I felt rushed.

The place was amazing. Very good situated that we have access to all attractions. Train station and ferry was within walking distance. If you want to visit islands and neighbours cities this is the best place to stay. You could make your own breakfast in small kitchen or buy a breakfast from hotel. People from hotel were very friendly and helpful to organise our stay in Naples.

the beddings are kinda old, suitable for a short night before flight but not for a enjoyable romantic long stay

Very good location next to bus stop from airport and train/metro station for our trips. Nice view of the square. Cleaned every day.

The hair drier was not working properly and breakfast could have wider selection

Up many flights of stairs, outside not clean, property on top and itself was very clean.

Staff were helpful and compassonate

I wasnt expecting renovations in the room while i was out. I wasnt advised but they cleaned up and made the room more user friendly. It happened only once.

Best of low budget

Very good location, late check-in available, breakfast, the rooms are really nice and cleaned every day, would definitely recommend
