The B&B had three rooms, all well renovated, very clean and cozy. We had a balcony to via dei Tribunali and it was great to people watch there while drinking some white wine. The host Maria is super kind and friendly, she contacted us beforehand and took a good care of us! Grazie Maria, sei un tesoro <3

We spent in Naples 4 days (visited Naples, Procida, Vesuvio, Pompei and Positano). It was our 11th time in Italy (every time in different place). I write about that to underline that we know, what we can expect from accommodation. What we can write about Decoumani Prestige? We are so happy that we could use this offer, really. Firstly, the apartment is right in the Centro Storico, at Via Dei Tribunali, beautiful and very cosy street, full of pizzerias, trattorias, restaurants, osterias, and shops. Everywhere is close, to metro stations, to trains, to buses, to attractions - this is great! Secondly, the apartment is very clean, so it is so great. Room is clean, bathroom is clean, kitchen and hall is clean, stairway is clean. Everywhere is nice and clean. You have everything what you need. You can prepare tea or coffee in shared kitchen, you have a fridge in your room with water inside and the bed is comfortable (very important, too). Thirdly, the most important: Maria (the owner) is a great person! Me and my wife talk about this kind of people, that they were born to do what they do! Really! She contacted us before the flight (!), we were in contact after landing, when we were coming to the apartment. She will tell you everything what you want to know. She will help you with everything. We are these kind of people that we organised everything by ourselves but she asked us every day how we are doing, if we need something, if we have any question, if everything is OK. She is (as most of southern Italians) very communicative, smiling, warm and polite. She doesn't bother you but you feel that she is still close to you :) She cleaned our apartment every day and even changed the towels (we didn't expect that, but she did it). We could leave our luggage in save place after check out (we hade a flight in the evening). Summing up, everything was really perfect. Maria, You are so great woman! Keep up and do what you do :) . You do that perfectly!

Mery was very kind and willing to give any information or tip you will ask her. the place is on the heart of the action and all good restaurants are nearby! We will come back for sure!

Lovely, clean place with a comfortable bed, AC, nice bathroom, everything's in order. It even has a fridge and a nice little balcony. It's location is right in the center and the owner is very sweet.

Zero complaints on our part, I would only point out, for those who might think of this as an issue, that this is in the centre, on a lively street, where you can hear people and scooters regularly passing by.

Right at the heart of the city. A few minutes walk from restaurants, cafès and metro. The host, Maria is extremely kind and helpful with info, booking a night taxi for us. Responds within minutes. This B&B comes with this small balcony overlooking this lively road which keeps its quietness at night. Breakfast is at a cafè at the opposite corner. Highly recommend for a value for money city break.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Naples. Mery was a wonderful host. She was always quick to reply with messages and made our stay even better. She also provided us with information on where to eat and directions to all the historic sites. Naples is a beautiful city and i can’t wait to return, i will definitely stay here again.

I loved everything

Fantastic location at the Decumani Prestige and right in the heart of old Napoli, from the hotel just a 2 minute walk to numerous bars, restaurants and delightful cobbled streets. Maria and Enzo were charming and hospitable people and nothing was too much trouble for them, it was a pleasure to meet them both!

hospitality and service were excellent; very responsive and instant communication. Maria met us early morning to drop off our bags and checked in regularly. she even checked in after we had checked out and offered to help when our flight out was cancelled due to weather. central location on pizza alley! nice Italian breakfast of pastry and cappuccino.

Maria, the owner, is super available to share suggestions and to provide additional support to the guests. The location is perfect for moving around Naples easily and quickly (no bus, nor taxi needed), and also for experiencing good local food. Recommended for people who never visited Naples and want to know about this city major spots and typical places.

In the beating heart of Naples. Best location for feeling the city, next to the Duome. Big room. Maria is very friendly and helps in whatever she can. It seems all the neighbourhood is family and they are all helpful. Useful shared kitchen.

The room design is old but it has what you need. Steep stairs from the street.
