Location is second to none, right in the centre of Naples historical quarter. One step outside of the apartment, you are greeted by the breathtaking Naples Cathedral. Francesca and the team go out of their way to make you feel welcome. On arrival, we were talked through a map of naples with key areas of interest, routes of transport and local gems for food and drinks that were not in any guidebook. The breakfast is varied and full of local produce, very fresh and drinks to access throughout the day The room itself was the best part, very high ceilings, powerful aircon and a balcony overlooking one of naples busiest streets. No noise disturbed us during our stay but was great for people watching. Bathroom was also great, and the whole apartment was flawlessly clean during our entire stay. An additional area which we used regularly was the rooftop terrace open from breakfast until we returned late in the evening. We kept some wine in our fridge and finished each night here, a lovely, peaceful way to end each evening (we were surprised to be the only people out there each night). Speaking with other people staying in the area, this seems to be a very unique point of the hotel. Staff arranged our collection and drop off to the airport/port, and a trip to pompeiwhich were all great value. Thank you to Enzo our driver who helped us out immensely.

Two flights of stairs to the apartment, although there is a small lift, we were quite wary to use this due to the size.

Great place to stay in Naples! :) Highly recommend it! Right in the middle of the historic centre, next to the Duomo Cathedral. Very close to all the attractions and the shops (the supermarket is about 100 m away). The view over the Cathedral is amazing! It might get a bit noisy at times though and the entrance from the street may look a bit shabby at first, but we soon found out that's pretty normal in Naples. The B&B itself is on the first floor, you can use the stairs or the lift. The inside is neat and very nicely decorated, the rooms are stylish, quiet and clean, and the bathroom big and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Kitchen with tea/coffee is available 24/7. Breakfast is served in decent hours (8.00-11.00) and, if you like it sweet in the morning, it will surely indulge you (non-sweet options are also available). We really enjoyed our stay there! :)

Everything was perfect! :)

Really well run place, with lovely breakfast and the luxury of being next to the Duomo -- no memorising address needed! The staff here really were excellent. The two girls in charge worked as if it was their personal business and made you feel at home.

The pillows are very thick & uncomfortable, the shower was kinda broken & it should be noted that not all rooms have a view out to the Duomo. Our room had a very uninspiring view of the main street dominated by a building under construction. BUT the staff here were so lovely that it wouldn't feel right to give it less than a 10/10.

Design - Loved the room design (high ceilings, fun wallpaper, great view of the church), shared cozy terrace off of the kitchen + lovely main lobby Incredible breakfast - yogurts, jams, freshly baked pastries, excellent coffee / teas Location - perfect, right off of the main pizza / bar / shopping hub and a nice stroll to the waterfront Staff - AMAZING, warm, helpful, courteous Ideal for families (extra beds in the room) Great Car Service (if you need it!) Safety - Secure building, lots of police / guards on the street

Bathrooms were great, nice size, but could use a small update to freshen them up

The Duomo House is such a haven of peace & beauty in an otherwise oppressive, rough and pretty suffocating city, especially in 40-degree heat. We spent way more time at the Duomo House than anywhere else during our 2-day stay in Naples simply because it was so welcoming, cool, soothing. And the heat made the outdoors all but unbearable. The decor is seriously cool and creative, fabulous choices of colors and materials. The staff went out of their way to help us solve, think through and do what we needed, they went above and beyond and were incredibly thoughtful, proactive and kind. Excellent breakfast selection & very generous set-up, allowing guests use of the kitchen 24/7, with generous supply of teas, drinks. snacks. Our room was stunning with its 9m ceilings, picturesque balcony, excellent cement tile floors and well-designed bathroom. The heavy wood shutters kept it nice and dark at night, the AC kept it wonderfully cool. If you must stay in this incredibly noisy and touristy neighborhood (that was our mistake) definitely stay here, it'll help you feel safe & reassured. In fabulous style.

The elevator was a bit scary, very slow, hot, dirty... It's really not the hotel's responsibility, I realize. The hotel is housed within an apartment building Still, it felt mildly worrying to ride in it.

We loved the whole package, the staff, the room, the bed, the location--just perfect. A few very smart things. (1) previously a large, high-ceiling apartment in the middle of the historical center of Naples, converted into a set of room adds extra character such as large rooms with surprising little twists and views. No newly designed hotel would ever look like this. (2) The staff is being rotated, so you never get to see the same person, but get to know each one and how they differ slightly from each other in their approach. We loved it!

It was all good.

The Duomo House managed to meet all our expectations and even beyond. We felt really welcome there. We arrived early at the place (about 12:30 hrs noon time) and hoped we could leave the luggage and go out but our room was ready so we could check in and relax. Teresa showed us around. There is a room with coffee machine, water, juice, milk. It gives the feeling as if you are at home. Some of the things are free and for others you should drop money in an "honesty box". It was very cute and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Although the place is just next to the Duomo, it was not noisy. The breakfast was super tasty and we enjoyed it in the back yard. There was coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, cakes (I guess homemade) and local sweets, croissants, different kinds od bread, ham, salame, cheese, pizza, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, jams, etc. What was a very pleasant surprize was that when returning in the afternoon for a short break, I went to make a coffee and there were still cakes covered in a tray for those who need something sweet with the coffee. It shows the attentiveness of the hosts. Teresa was very kind to give us information about Naples and also organized an airport transfer for us as we had to leave 04:00 hrs am. Furthermore, she arranged a basket with croissants, biscuits, bread, jams, etc in our room the day before we left because of our early check out. I am a picky traveller but it this case I could not want more. Everything was perfect! Also the location is very good - on the left side of the Duomo with many pasticcerias, pizzerias and shops around. I

I stayed in a 3 bed room with my 2 friends, we all agreed that Duomo House is one of the best properties we'd stayed in. The room was large enough for the 3 of us not to feel cramped, it had a beautiful high ceiling, lovely decor, very comfy beds (2 singles and a double), air con, extra seating, wonderful view's over the square outside the cathedral and a very convenient central location. Teresa and Gabriel were fantastic, so helpful with their advice and super friendly. A very tasty buffet breakfast is available until 11am with snacks and drinks available all day which you can have in the outside terrace. Highly recommend and would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

Our only very minor grumble would be an extra mirror in the bedroom area would have helped us avoid all trying to do our make up etc with the one mirror in the bathroom.

Good location, close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel is unassuming from the outside but inside it is fantastic! Lovely lobby/breakfast area and good rooms. Staff extremely accommodating making sure they knew when to expect us and so welcoming during our stay. Absolutely would stay again!

Located on a busy road, and the hotel is on the second floor with only a small and old lift (we didn’t use it) so be careful if you have a lot of heavy bags!

We stayed with our family 5 nights over Easter at The Duomo House and had a wonderful time there. The location is perfect for discovering Napoli, and Teresa and her team made us feel like at home - Teresa, thank you very much for all your help and assistance!! The Duomo House is a former apartment (with very high ceilings) transformed into a small hotel with 5 rooms, perfect when you come back from wandering through the loud and exciting city of Napoli. The breakfast was delicious and with great care. We would definitely recommend friends to stay there when travelling to Napoli!!
