The location of the apartment is excellent, in the middle of the safe and vibrant center. Our host, Luigi, was very kind and helpful, the communication with him was easy from the beginning to the end. The room is nicely renovated and furnished and also very clean. The breakfast was nice and served on the rooftop which is - I believe - a unique experience in Naples.

What was a bit frustrating is that the kitchen - where the breakfast was prepared - was just above our room and it was impossible to sleep after around 8 once people were moving up and using the chairs. Great for early birds though :) The other thing was that we had to pay an additional 5 euros because we checked in after 13h (around 18h) which I think is not fair - but we were informed about that in advance, we just do not like the concept.

Great size room for two adults and two large suitcases, not a squeeze like normal hotel rooms. The team were so friendly, breakfast every morning was a lovely touch, freshly prepared for you as you sat down. The team were so helpful that they even agreed to let me use their washing machine - this was an extra touch which was not expected and made a big difference.

Be prepared there are roughly 75 steps to get to this apartment. Other reviews mention it, so if you're booking then you're aware. The steps are fine on a normal evening after being out exploring all day, however the initial lug with heavy suitcases can be tough.

The property was decorated very nicely. The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful.The location was excellent and the roof terrace was lovely for breakfast.

The only issue was no lift and it was 75 steps up to the apartment which was okay for myself but wouldn’t be any good for someone who had difficulty with mobility.

The room is comfortable with a good air conditioner. Shower has good water pressure. There's a good amount of space to pack out our things. The location is walking distance from all the places we wanted to go. The breakfast terrace was lovely. There is a lot of stairs to get to the bnb, so definitely not for someone who can't manage that.

Luigi is a great host, it was really easy to communicate with him, he was very helpful with our luggage, too. The room was extremely clean, everything is excellently organized. The breakfast was just an additional value to B&B. Location is also great, in historical center, only 2 minutes walk from Duomo, 4 minutes walk from Gino Sorbillo's pizzeria. I definitely reccomend the stay in Miracolo B&B!

Great location, great rooms, breakfast is very tasty! Was allowed to leave our bags in a storage cupboard after we checked out, which was very useful allowing us to enjoy our final day in Naples before our flight.

Only slight hiccup to my experience staying there is it's cash only, so I had to find a cash point during my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Luigui's hospitality was the best! The location is ideal as it is at the centre of all the main attractions. The train station is only 15 minutes walking distance. You can take there the bus to the airport or train to Pompeii, Sorrento and other places. The breakfast was super! All delicious and fresh - coffee, fruit, pastries. The room was very nice and big. Comfortable double bed and nice shower. WiFi, and Air conditioner - which is essential if you go on summer months. We will come back for sure! :)

Naples is a very busy noisy city and this provided calm in the midst of it. It's right in the middle of the old city so plenty to see and do from the door step. The breakfast was good. The only down side are the many stairs but saves going to the gym.Luigu was a good host.

The room was very clean and spacious and is located really in the heart of Napoli. Luigi is a great host, he welcomed me warmly and he was available for everything. There was a water interruption during my stay and he even brought me a 5L bottle to make sure I had enough. The breakfast was delicious and enjoying it on the terrace is something not to miss!

We enjoyed the breakfast most ! To start your day with some freshly brewed italian coffee and sliced fruit on the rooftop in the center of Naples gives you the needed energy. Furthermore Luigi was a perfect host. He was very friendly and happy to give advices about anything (good, typical restaurants, how to get to herculaneum, where to take the ferries, etc).

It would have been great to have tables and chairs, sunchairs on the rooftop during the afternoon/evening as well in order to relax there.
