loved this place. location right in the heart of historical Napoli. our room was large and clean, hot water plentiful. you can have an italian breakfast in shared area as much as you want, we bought some bread and cheese as (prefer a hearty breakfast over sweet) and used the fridge provided. arrival instructions were very clear and we had no issues at all with the stairs as we knew in advance. neighbours were friendly.

not something the hosts could resolve, but after rainfall you notice you are in a very old building: there was a smell from the drains. but again: that comes with being in such an amazing location full of history.

Newly furnished room, everything was clean and there was also shower gel in the bathroom. The bed and mattress are comfortable and the memory foam pillows are great. In the city center and yet in a quieter street. Breakfast nothing extra, but we are used to that in Italy, I recommend a voucher to a bar with the possibility of fresh pastries in the morning.

A bit of confusion when handing over the keys, we couldn't see the key box, I could already see it after a distance from the door. We had to clean the air conditioning, the filter is completely black, the door to the corridor is not very tight because of the noise.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was really clean with a great shower and toiletries were provided, as well as the towels. The breakfast wasn't fresh, was basic (some sponge cakes, biscuits, etc) but it was sufficient. If you like, you can do your own shopping and use the communal refrigerator in the kitchen downstairs which was very well equipped including a nice coffee machine to make your espresso (espresso pods provided in the room food basket). The kitchen was really nice, cozy area to hang out with if you like to eat your breakfast outside of your room. Milk and water was provided for free. Overall we had a really nice stay in this beautiful, traditional building in the heart of Naples and would always come back again. Thank you Lorenzo!

The property is situated close to the main streets on Naples, tucked just away from great locations for food and drinks. The property is a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop from the airport and metro, and it is about 20 minutes from the port (walking). We were contacted ahead of arrival to confirm the time we would arrive, there were very clear instructions of how to pay the city tax, to use the keys to get in the property and also what to do upon check out. It was clean and tidy, the room was large and would have easily fitted more than just two of us. I have to say, I was a little concerned that we may have been caught in a trap of nice looking accommodation as the price was reasonable however it was exactly as the photos showed. The breakfast consisted of a basket in the room which has drinks, coffee pods, crisps, toasted bread, croissants and biscuits. There was a reception/kitchen area which had a coffee machine and the fridge was stocked with bottles of cold water throughout our stay. We got some Peroni from the shop and put them in the fridge, nobody in the other rooms touched them. There is CCTV in the reception/kitchen area and hall. The air conditioning was an absolute dream, and our saviour after days of walking in the sunshine. Despite feeling like the only two tourists in the area walking to the accommodation and standing out as Brits, we felt safe. There are two flights of steps that lead up to the second floor of the accommodation, and it is a really old building. As such this steps are quite big, I wouldn’t recommend staying if you have mobility issues as there is no alternative way up. This is in no way a criticism of the accommodation, it is a lovely feature, however just isn’t suitable for someone who struggles on their feet.

Everything is new, modern and clean. The location is great because there are so many great restaurants with good prices just around the corner. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. We would come back.

The breakfast was not my favourite because it’s just different types of biscuits packed in plastic. But the variety was good anyway. That’s the Italian way of breakfast in a B&B. A little detail which could be improved is that someone of the owners/someone working there was super loud while he was opening some packages just in front of our room door while we were trying to sleep late at night.

the apartment was perfect. Great to sleep and relax. Bathroom and bed were clean. there is a shared kitchen area which was great just to use the fridge. Not a lot of rooms so it is quiet and feels like you are the only one staying there. location was perfect right in the heart of the city.

This is a good solution for someone who wants to visit Naples on a budget and likes to have an authentic experience. I didn't meet any staff personally but they were very easy to communicate with and I did not have any problems with check in or check out.

There is a community area for breakfast and another group used it until 4am making a lot of noise, I had to ask them myself to calm down- that seemed more like the owners job.

Location is good as a base near the old city Room is spacious and clean Easy to find location with signs throughout the street and alleyway(finally someone who understands the struggle!!) Easy communication with the owner Allow to leave bag for holding after checkout

Breakfast was a selection of supermarket-bought individually packed factory manufactured cookies and croissants which taste rather … unappetising. It won’t hurt to get a fresh pastry down the road for just €2. Or partner with a local coffee shops for breakfast deals - just a suggestion.

Everything is clean and the rooms are spacious. Location is just perfect! In the middle of beautiful busy streets of Napoli. The breakfast offered is varied, juice, milk, coffee and packed snacks.

You can hear everything from the halls and the other rooms. Sound insulation is very low.
