Antonio was very kind as he send me all the important information how to get to the B&B and everytime he was asking if everything is ok. We left our luggage there as we have arrived early in the morning. The room was big, clean, with everything you need for the stay. There is a small kitchen and a terase where you can make your own breakfast. The B&B is close to a supermarket and also the main pedestrian street so it’s good point if you want to visit the city. It’s not too far away. Antonio sent us also all the sightseeing in Naples and some good restaurants that you have to try.
The only thing was that the balcony of the room was situated in the main street, so in the night there was a noise from the cars/buses so sometime it was not possible to sleep. So if you are a light sleeper take the eraplugs.

Great location of a property, close to Toledo metro and city center. Everything was clean. Very easy to negotiate things with the host, very friendly and understandable.
I would only advise to have tea/coffee in the kitchen.

Parking is a nightmare but that is the case everywhere in Naples. There was a slight smell of smoke not sure if from another room or a recent ocupent.

On check in its better giving the instructions earlier and via message. Especially when check in is during night time. Also giving infos for wifi code in the hotel. Like leaving a card in each room for example.
