the location is great, it is between the historical center and the Spanish quarter. you can go walking to most of the touristic places in Naples.

during the weekend people party and it is located right in the party area. We stayed in the weekend and it was very loud till 4 am.

We loved the apartment location and it was clean and spacious for the two of us. The apartment was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We loved the vibrancy of the city, the people we met. We were excited for the soccer team when they won the Napoli Italian title in 33 yrs on May 4th. The celebration did not stop until about 5am. We enjoyed their celebrations where we were but if you had young children, it would not have been good at this location. The pastry we had for breakfast (down the street from the apartment) was delicious. We usually chose croissant and coffee. When we got tired, we were able to come back and take a short rest before heading out again to explore. The host was very accommodating since we had to leave our luggage for half the day before our ferry's departure time on check out day.

What is up with all the street trash? It took us a while to get used to the broken bottles (before soccer title win) and garbage lying around. Once past this, we had a great time in Naples.

Arrival instructions via WhatsApp very clear for self check in. However, we were lucky to bump into the proprietor at reception who checked us in smoothly, and kindly booked us an airport taxi for the next morning. Breakfast was round the corner in a friendly bar,using the vouchers supplied. Had we not met someone in person, I am sure it would have been fine because communication was excellent. The room was perfect for a central stay in Napoli...

There was quite a lot of street noise which went quieter after midnight - but you are in the centre of a busy city so what can you expect!!

Need better directions. cab driver dropped us some other place and that was disappointing as we couldn’t find our way. got to property - only managed to get in after a resident of the building called someone on phone. had been waiting half an hour outside and no one answering bell as no one on site. we did not have internet at the time. the reception area downstairs was closed. friendly staff when he arrived but mix up with room keys with next door. no tea or coffee in room just kettle! quite frustrating but room was nice. keys were left on locked box but did not get a code and unable to access through main door. just needs better communication!

Situated not far away from the Shuttle Bus Stop to/from the airport and close to many sights Naples has to offer, this place was a great starting point for exploration - on foot or by public transportation. The flat was very clean and well taken care of. It's in a well lit and lively area, so we (a group of females only) felt perfectly safe in and around it. The B&B works with a small cute cafe just across the street, where you can pick your coffee and breakfast pastry of choice with a coupon card you get.

The breakfast was in the local caffeteria, what was really nice. The locality of the apartment is perfect. If you want to go to the city centre, to the castle or on the coast, everywhere you can go for a walk. Room was nice and clean.

Bed was pretty uncomfortable and the shower was a little bit used and old. If you need a kitchen ask about your facility before. We was a little bit surprised that our room has no a kitchen.

Located in the heart of the city, modern accommodation with a living-room and bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided, there was always warm and great smell in the apartment when arriving home in late evening.

At night it was a bit noisy because of the street however if someone walks enough during the day will definitely sleep and do not consider the cars outside.

It was decent and nice place in Naples, quite close to main sightseeings. Though, it was quite difficult to find it as we tried to find it by walking from the Railway Station. So, please take rather a taxi or ask your shuttlebus driver (from airport) to extend the trip a bit and pay some extra cash. We stayed in yellow flat and were pretty happy with it. There was quite well equipped kitchen, but you have to bring you own salt etc. The Breakfast was offered at nearby coffee-shop - just a cup of coffee and croissant. All in all - the accomodation was at good pretty good price Though the host did not speak too much English, then we were provided with 2 phone numbers for help in Eńglish. It was very handy option for us as we wanted to order the taxi for next morning. The man on the phone was really helpful and the taxi he ordered was at good price.

We did not unberstand why there was no sign of B&B outside the building?? Especially if the access to building was not the from the road, given on the address. We were lost for quite some time, before we found the correct door.

Everything but what i mentioned above. Giovanni the host is great and always available, the cleaning ladies do a hell of a job, and the location within the city is amazing.

Everything was fine really; it feels bad to point out something that didn't work out. The only thing is, voltage is shared among the apartments, so if somebody else goes too far with the electricity you may be affected too. It got cut twice throughout our stay because other people were using the oven. But honestly, who cares. It took us two minutes to recover it.

when we’ve put out the sign that we don’t require cleaning they still came into the room and done it anyways. as reviews the street is busy- but earbuds solve this no problem
