We loved staying in the Hi Relais Rooms We were given very good clear instructions on how to get into the building and our room while reception was out Anytime we asked a question or needed anything the staff would respond to a message very quickly The room was so neat and tidy, very spacious and had such good air con for the heat. Tv had plenty of channels to watch in English also Breakfast has a good selection and was delivered to our room on time The location is perfect with so many restaurants and bars in the area, walking distance to a train station and taxi rank Couldn’t fault Hi Relais Rooms, will definitely be staying here again if ever back in Naples

perfect location. Room was cleaned and fresh towels everyday. It is very close to train station and ferry port and walking distance to many attractions. balcony an added bonus to sit and enjoy the buzz of the town. Room was spacious and immaculate. There is a mini fridge to keep your cold water etc. Air conditioning was perfect. Supermarket/Burger King/KFC on the doorstep, but also is the Spanish Quarter for excellent pizza and pasta. The hostess Monica was absolutely wonderful, she kept in touch every day and answered all of our questions regarding travel plans/ food recommendations/ directions/breakfast requests. She organised our private transfers and also went way over and above to decorate the room with balloons/cake/fizz for my husbands 40th birthday celebrations. it was spectacular. She made our stay perfect and couldn’t have asked for anymore. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here to explore Naples. We easily went to Pompeii and Positano from here on day trips.

Absolutely nothing at all.

The staff were amazing! I’ve never had more attentive hosts anywhere. Monica was fantastic and so friendly! She ensured we had directions to everywhere we wanted to go and was easily contactable at any time of day over WhatsApp, always willing to help. We also thoroughly enjoyed the novelty of breakfast in bed.

The water pressure was intermittently low in the shower with occasional moments of cold water running through mid shower (not a big issue and we never mentioned it to the staff, I’m sure they could have helped if we’d have asked).

The instructions for entry were so clear and easy to follow, Monica was so helpful she even gave us a contact for airport pickup/drop off. Monica checked in everyday and was so lovely! The location was right in the heart of the city with great restaurants near by! The room was so clean and was tidied every day. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Naples! Thank you Monica for a great trip!

Perfect solution in busy Naples, close to everything in the inner historical town. Hosts are very helpful and clear in communication. Good value and large room (n5), very clean and with a terrace right on Toledo street. I’d recommend.

Perhaps they could add in some salty option for breakfast free of charge (sweet breakfast is included). Just simple things like local rosticceria and stuff like that. That’s a small detail anyways.

Personally I’m not a fan of breakfast in the room as it means you have to be exact with what you ask for as that’s what they bring for you.Also means you can’t graze and pick and choose on the day so probably very good for Hi Relais but not my preference, however the breakfast provided was very good.We could’ve done with our towels changing half way through the stay but didn’t know how to make this happen. Would have been nice to have had tea and coffee in the rooms.

The rooms are located near the historic city center and they are incredibly clean with impeccable room service! They are even better that the pictures! Monica and her team were extremely helpful, kind and very friendly! They arrange a taxi drive from the airport, and they even suggested an economical parking for our rental bike! The breakfast was great (we are going to miss our beloved carrot cake). The day before we could choose from the weekly menu and the next morning it was served in our room in a trolley with a scented candle and a big smile! Me and my ♥️made this week trip in Napoli as a present for our 8th anniversary. And Monica had prepare (especially for us) a lovely welcome letter, accompanied by a bottle of Prosecco wine along with peanuts and 2 frozen glasses! What a surprise! A little traffic noisy buzzing ,but it,s ok for the specific location.(via Toledo near metro) Not for the “i want a super quiet place to sleep” type of travellers.

The location is perfect! The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us instruction how to get into the room before the checkin time, and also they gave us a key to the facility and the option to leave our baggage after the checkout time, which was very convenient. The room is pleasant and although it is just above very busy and noisy Via Toledo, the balcony door windows blocked the noise totally. Highly recommended!

The flow of the water in the shower is not so strong, but it is ok.

From start to finish our host Monica went above and beyond for us. She guided us with recommendations for food, local travel and airport transfer. She made us feel so welcome as guests. The location was perfect, so central, the room was immaculately clean with housekeeping every day and breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Nothing. The stay exceed my expectations.

Great location with everything in walkable distance and the Toledo metro close by. Room was more than big enough, and all the amenities expected like air condition, hair dryer and a nice shower. Staff was very accommodating and helpfull

Some noise from the Toledo main street, but got used to it after the first day
