We loved our room which had a Jacuzzi, sauna, and Himalayan salt room! Amazing to come back to after a day of walking, and seeing to sights of Naples. The staff would fill the Jacuzzi every evening for us, we just needed to give them a heads up regarding what time we would arrive back. There is also great coffee shops close by, and an easy 10-15 min walk into the busy streets where plenty of bars and restaurants are located.

What's not to like!

The communication with the hotel was very easy and clear. They also helped me upgrade to the room with the spa which made me very happy. They were also great with my kid and made us feel very welcome!

As others have mentioned the walls are thin. This was no issue for me as I can sleep through many noises. However, we could hear the full movie another guest was watching on the TV. You can hear some outside traffic as well but it was not a bother for us.

Location was good in terms of staying next to central station. Bus link from airport direct to central station and hotel is a 4-5 min walk from here. There are decent cafes next to the hotel for breakfast and food stalls. Don't be phased by the initial appearance of the building - once you enter the main block (security door), there are another 2 doors before you get to the Hotel area. Provided with keys for all 3 doors and felt very secure.

We spent our last night in Napoli in this place. Good value for money. Room was nice with enough space, fridge and correctly placed air conditioning. Air was not blowing straight on the bed. Very nice extra was jakuzzi in the room. "Bubles" mechanism was not working so hotel staff offered us 1 hour in private wellness including champagne. We happily took their offer and spent great last night in city of best pizza in the world :) And about location of hotel, very close to main train station where you can catch direct shuttle to the airport. Neighborhood however is not the nicest in the Napoli, but you have everything you need very close to this location.

- Jacuzzi, - peace and quiet, - cleanliness, - there is always hot water in tap,

- bathroom doors are broken. They don't close! - shower doors were broken, but I fixed them! - some jets in jacuzzi are broken. - there is really cold in rooms, especially in the morning (December) - hairdryers don't work

Friendly staff. Good value for money and spa was a nice touch to relax at the end of a trip👌

Not the best area, however less than 10 minutes to the train station and can get buses easily to the marina. Definately walkable to the different sights.

Location is convenient as it was 7-8 min walking distance to the train/metro station. The room was clean overall. The espresso machine in the reception area is a great addition.

The building is not located in a touristic neighborhood.

-Location is good for a city trip - led in the room an cozy feeling - new shower - free coffee

-room was not the one on the picture a double room with a green wall, felt a bit strange - the room was very small

Great staff! Everything was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like the location. It’s a little bit unsafe to walk alone in the night, feels like ghetto.

Nice room.

The Bathroom is very Italian, not everything works perfect.
