The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable! The space was designed with care to every little detail. We especially enjoyed the large hot tub and the television (that you can watch from the tub!) The complex is located 3 minutes away from Via Toledo by foot, though do note that it is uphill. We managed fine with our luggage. Even more impressive than the apartment is the host - Antonio. He is, without a doubt, the most friendly, attentive, and hospitable host we have ever had. He helped us with everything - great food recommendations, any ammenties we needed, and helped us navigate a complex situation with our flight. Highly highly recommended! grazie di cuore Antonio ❤️

Very clean B&B, interior is top notch, great multi-option shower+bide, safe neighbourhood, helpful and energetic owners which will give you good recommendations on restraunts and must see attractions (just install WhatsApp on your phone if you don`t have it yet as owners will communicate through it only), extremely good value on breakfast (pastries, meats, some fresh veggies, fruit, yoghurts, etc.), you even get freshly squeezed orange juice everyday.

[Room was called PROCIDA] Bed matrass is too soft, but that is just a personal issue as I don`t like soft beds and prefer harder matrasses. Not that we didn`t like it, but owners only speak italian, but with modern technologies there were no problems.

Wonderful spacious room with a easy-to-use jacuzzi bath. The comfiest bed to sleep on - an absolute dream. Breakfast has fresh orange juice, and range of cheese and hams and pastries and a homemade tart. Filling and delicious. Antonio was also very helpful.

We arrived late and very very tired so wanted a quick check in so we could go grab dinner and chill. The lady kindly explained how to use the lights and jacuzzi bath to us using google translate but then said she’d waiver the late fee if we cancelled our reservation and paid the hotel directly which we weren’t comfortable doing in case we were charged twice. Rather than accepting we didn’t want to do that and would rather just pay the late check-in fee, she kept pushing for us to cancel and go through them instead, it became incredibly frustrating and awkward for us.

Genuine Napolitan Italian Family Stay! Don't judge Toledo Relax by the Spanish Quarter's tiny streets that lead to it... it's part of this Italian, or, would better say, Napolitan true experience. This family business surprises you once you arrive. Big rooms, fully renovated, sparkling clean with everything you might need for a perfect holiday. Just a short stroll to the train station located at the famous shopping street of Toledo. The hotel manager Antonio the manager makes you feel like you're at home and part of their family. His mother Rosaria prepares a delicious breakfast with different sorts of typical Italian pastries every day. It's an outstanding experience. You can't get a better value for money than TR. Recommended - 5/5 Stay!

We spent 6 nights at Toledo Relax. The B&B is extremely clean, our room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and bed comfortable. Location was perfect for us. It's in the vibrant Spanish quarter with great small market nearby and some really good places to eat and you can pretty much walk anywhere in central Naples. Metro line for transport to airport and train station is also close by. The best thing about Toledo Relax are the owners - Antonio and his Mum!!! We felt so welcome by them, they're both genuinely friendly and kind people. There was a great choice of breakfast, far better than you would get in other places in Italy. We can't recommend them enough and we'll definitely come back. Thank you Antonio for an amazing stay in an amazing city

That we couldn't stay longer :(

The room was clean. You get provided tooth brush, shower gel, shampoo. Breakfast every day from 8 to 10. Cakes, croissants, boiled egg, fresh orange juice, bread, ham, cheese, coffee. For 1-2 days it is ok but no more. Owners are friendly.

Our window did not look outside but inside of the house, into inner yard. So sunlight never reached us. Shower doors do not close tightly so sometimes water goes on the floor. It is located in the apartment building.

great location. Antonio picked us up from the airport which was great. brilliant communication. rooms are very modern, spotlessly clean & very comfortable beds. great shower. despite its location, it is quiet. fabulous breakfast & lovely family run business

I loved it all. do not be put off by street images. ( it is located in back street , very narrow winding streets and hotel is within a residential building and courtyard which is quite common for Naples)hotel is very close to very good restaurants and is safe walking home.

The staff , Antonio and his mother were so helpful from start to finish , there was a little bit of language barrier but nothing a little Google’s translate couldn’t fix and they are very friendly and easy going , Antonio welcomed us by giving us every information about the B&B aswell as recommending places to eat and visit nearby, they communicate and reply fast through WhatsApp , and his mother also helped us to do laundry which was so sweet! Location is perfect too and very clean.

Nothing , everything was perfect

Antonio was very welcoming and accommodated all our needs. We were extremely impressed with the size and cleanliness of the room, jacuzzi experience, double balcony views and on top of that we had the comfiest sleep ever as the beds were soo cosy! We also enjoyed the breakfast as there were several options available. We wish we could have spent longer with Toledo Relax so we will definitely be returning one day!! Grazie Antonio! Zaki
