Scrovegni Room & Breakfast0

We loved the location just steps away from the Scrovegni Chapel and the sights of lovely Padua. We saw the Chapel at night and it was terrific to just toddle back to the room afterwards. (Pro tip: if you want to spend more than 15 minutes inside the Chapel, at night, you can buy tickets to successive showings!) It was a doable walk from the train station. The hotel was also very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. We loved our time at the Scrovegni Room and Breakfast!

It would have been nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast. In addition to the attraction of breakfasting al fresco in the pretty garden, during covid times we try to wear masks inside and eat outside as much as possible. It was unclear why we were not permitted to go out.

Fantastic host. Great size room. Everything worked well. Breakfast was very nice. Location was killer. We really liked this place.

Bed was very disappointing. It's beyond time to upgrade the bed! Invest in new beds. It's too important to the business!

The location is ideal, within a short walk from the train and bus station and in a pedestrian area of the town. You can walk everywhere in Padova and this B&B is the perfect base to explore the city. We had a beautiful room and bathroom with everything you could wish for: great air conditioning, small fridge with free water, great bathroom. Breakfast, which was included, was excellent and included coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, fresh bread, toast, croissant... just a great choice. We were planning to get the train from Venice but Angela gave us a great tip and we got a bus directly from Venice airport, which was super easy. Thank you Angela!

Angela is an amazing host - always checking in to ensure you have everything you need. There is a lovely courtyard to enjoy breakfast which includes croissants, jams, coffee drinks made to order, juice and yogurts plus fresh fruit. The room is large and WiFi is great. Plus, there is a large shower/bathroom. The room is in the historic section of Padua and very close to the square with lots of restaurants and shops. It is within 15 minutes walk to the train/bus station. Also, located in easy walking distance to Scrovengi Chapel and museums. There was a heat wave and we used the A/C which worked great.

A few more toiletry products would be nice and more protein options at breakfast (e.g. hard boiled eggs or cheese).

Lovely contemporary conversion of an old family home. Loved the mix of contemporary with original features like the ceiling painting. Neat modern bathroom unit in large room. Huge shower. Owner was good at pre-arrival contact and how to find it, and all staff we encountered were lovely. Good breakfast, and great suggestions for typical Padovan restaurants (but need to pre-book!). Easy 15 minute walk from rail station and bus interchange. Conveniently placed to reach historical centre of town and all the restaurants and cafes etc, and particularly for Scrovegni complex just opposite. We loved it!

Beautiful, homey feel bed and breakfast, so many gorgeous personal touches, from our lovely host Angela. From the beautiful bright and airy bedrooms, to the freshly baked bread at breakfast. Water on arrival and even somewhere for us to keep our luggage the next day so we could enjoy more of Padua. What a perfect stay for us - we have been so lucky staying in so many beautiful hotels across Italy but this was by far our most favourite place to stay - we felt so at home and that is something so many of the larger hotels lack. Padua is so worth a trip, its a million miles from the bustle of Venice and has the most lovely warm welcoming feel to the city.

Nothing we loved Padua - hidden gem between Venice and Verona.

Very good location, great value. Very kind host, nice breakfast. Overall, we got what we expected, and spent a good time there.

The suite we stayed in was in the attic, and it had clearly been added later. Consequently, the water and sewage pipes were installed in a compromise, missing some crucial components. The shower had a strange dimmed blue lighting, making it hard to see how to get hot water, which turned out to probbaly come from downstairs, taking a long time to get there... Also, there were no windows in the rooms.

Room overlooked the courtyard which was quiet. Very pleasant owner and staff. Very flexible with luggage dropoff before checkin. Large room with very large bathroom and shower.

The bed was a bit stiff for us but okay compared to other hotel beds. The checkout is 10am which seemed to be a bit early. No parking nearby but we found a place to pull our rental car off the road to load our luggage. Also the shower door did not close all the way but this was not a problem if you used the hand-held shower.

The guest house is in an amazing location, and is only a short walk from the city centre. The host was incredibly welcoming - from the moment we arrived she was very attentive, providing us with a city map and ensuring all of our needs were met. We stayed in the top floor room, with two beds, plenty of space and excellent bathroom facilities. Breakfast was amazing, and, again, the host was very attentive, ensuring we were more than satisfied with our experience. We will definitely be staying here again!

A great find in Padova! The location is perfect, close to the Scrovegni Chapel and a short walk from the train station and Padova city centre. Angela kindly let us check in after the allocated time and she let us leave our bags in the bed and breakfast after checking out. The room was beautifully renovated, with a lovely ceiling with affreschi. Nice breakfast and great value for money. Highly recommended!

The shower was a bit tricky to use.
