Breakfast was adequate but several minutes walk away

No wine glasses but corkscrew provided, no shelf in shower unit to put your liquids as very small tight space. Checking out we were asked to leave keys in box outside our room door but needed the keys to get out the main door, so one of us had to hold main door open while other climbed the 3 flights of stairs to put keys in box, this would be difficult if just one of you

The balcony is the best thing about this property - amazing views and perfect place to watch the sunset. Only thing to be aware of is the steep stairs up to the room so not ideal for everyone. Gianfranco is great, really helpful with things to do and parking (free parking 2 mins from building). Great location, far enough away from busy ruins but so close to all the great restaurants and bars.

One of our favorite places we’ve stayed in Italy! The terrace is amazing! So big and a nice view of Vesuvius. The bed is very comfortable and I loved all the fairy lights around the room and terrace. Tea, water, and a kettle is provided. Gio was an amazing host with great recommendations. Can highly recommend. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

The shower is quite small. The place is on the top floor, so there’s quite a few stairs to walk up, but that’s how you have such an amazing view!

The location was fantastic with a fabulous view from the enormous private terrace! The room on the upper floor (no elevator) was very bright, spacious and clean. Right in the centre of Pompeï on walking distance (15 min) from the entrance of Pompei at Villa dei Misteri where also a trainstation is. Gianfranco was very kind and helpful! Don't hesitate to book this beautiful place!

The apartment owner should repair the electric water heater in the bath room. This water heaters can only provide hot water at a temperature slightly above body temperature and for no more than 10 minutes at a time

Amazing location. Right near train station and city centre and the ruin entry is very close too. Huge rooftop terrace with a view of the mountains and the churches. Really, amazing view. Even from the bed it's possible to see the huge church right there in the window. Very nicely decorated. Simple, light but tasteful and colourful. Great vibe.

The shower is pretty small but not a big issue for us.

It was in a great location for visiting the ruins of Pompeii.The room was space and really thoughtfully designed. Loads of space. Then there was the terrace. After spending 6 hours in Pompeii the terrace was a wonderful private sun trap.Gianfranco could not have been more helpful and thoughtful before and during our stay.

Very nice and clean apartment with amazing terrace with stunning views on Vesuvius and the basilica, very good Internet connection with steaming services like Netflix, great location in the city centre , walking distance to excavation and coffee shops. Very nice and helpful host. Highly recommended 👌

Nothing, absolutely nothing

Perfect location, views were amazing and Gianfranco, the host, was very helpful! Lovely breakfast at the local cafe. Highly recommend, for the price can't go wrong! And having heavenly views like this from your bedroom 😀

The location was fantastic- far enough to escape from the busy ruins but close enough to walk in. The view from the private terrace was more than we hoped. The host was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions; we couldn’t have asked for more.
