Really nice building, couldn’t believe it wasn’t 5* when we first arrived. It was a nice touch for the team to add the cake to our room 😊 The roof top bar and restaurant are a must visit - but definitely prebook. 100% worth it!

Not a big deal, but we didn’t have any shower gel etc when we arrived — so we had to call down to have it filled up. Totally not a big deal, but always disappointing when you’re in the shower already when you notice haha. Again, my bad, but I wasn’t aware the swimming pool isn’t for guests - but instead for those who book the “spa” €20 per person extra. Probably the most annoying part was the lack of any smart tv capabilities, nowadays this is a standard so I was super disappointed, plus no English speaking channels on the TV (minus bbc world). Small things but they stop you from relaxing fully.

Super nice staff, hotel, bed is extremely comfortable, shower works great, air conditioner works very well! breakfast is amazing. What's not to like about it!!! I lost my cameras on the train there, my issue, but the hotel manager took the time to call police, and sat with me to see what he can do to help me; it's such a warm feeling after the incident, in a foreign country. I really appreciate him. 7:30pm you can go to the roof bar, best view of sunset, the city, the mountain. I highly recommend this hotel, it really provided me the feeling of security!!

Pretty new accommodation with superb Design and comfort. We stayed in the largest Suite, good space, everything works easy and is comfortable - especially regarding a 4star Hotel... most 5 star Hotels offer less in each aspect. Rooftop restaurant and Bar is fantastic... you just dont want to leave. The restaurant on ground floor offers great food and lovely service, the reception is extremely helpful and patient.

Used the Spa for a small service... which didn't turn out to be great, that's a little flaw which could easily be improved by more experienced staff.

Everything was fantastic. The room (superior) was spacious and very comfortable. With the most superb shower in the bathroom and beautiful Nuxe toiletries. Staff were excellent: welcoming and professional. We loved the restaurant “il circolo”, which had a good range of options (both price and taste). The staff in the restaurant were outstanding. Shout out to Antonio and all the waiters and bartenders for being so attentive and accommodating. Great breakfast options and again wonderful waiting staff too. The whole atmosphere is relaxed, friendly yet professional: a difficult balance . Definitely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Loved it. Also good location: 10 minutes from main line train station. 20/25 minutes walk to Scavi (for ruins and Circumvesuviana to Herculaneum). All in all a Perfect 10!!

The room was really spacious, the beds were comfortable and clean, the rooftop bar was amazing, the lobby and restaurant were super chic in design, all feels very modern and new! The staff were helpful and friendly too, and for their caliber I think the price is much lower compared to those in bigger cities, I would much rather stay here than in Naples or Sorrento and drive around daily.

The shower stalls kinda leaks everywhere (can’t contain the water) so we’d always end up with a very wet bathroom floor after every shower.

There are many things great about this stay - reception and cleaning staff, spatial use, cleanliness, amenities, location. My family greatly enjoyed the stay here and would love to go back another time. The restaurant offers some great food options. Breakfast is fantastic!

Parking is a bit away from the property and charged extra. Would be great to have this price component in the room tariff. If you have special dietary requirements, the offer in premises is limited. Not sure if this is tied to the general staff shortage at restaurants in all of EU, but you really had to wait for a long time before you can get the attention of the waiting staff.

Fabulous hotel, very modern and luxurious. Great staff, beautiful bar and restaurant! My husband and I travelled with our 2 teenager daughters and had room 204 (ours) and 210 (girls). Views from both were fabulous! Photo of the view from our room is attached. Breakfast was really good set in a beautiful art deco inspired bar. Location was perfect for the ruins and for the square in the evening. We really would recommend this hotel.

The roof terrace is apparently closed on Mondays, which really disappointed us as we were looking forward to an evening overlooking Mount V and ruins with a cocktail.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the view, the roof top bar with view of Vesuvius, the service and friendliess of the team at breakfast, the selection at breakfast. It was a great experience! The location to pompei, and the centre was great! The spa was great, just remember too book! Managed by chance to get the 530pm slot after a day wandering pompei which was an absolute treat way to relax from the hot day! Would be back!!!

Nothing, however there was someone else's welcome card and desert in my room, which would have been a small error, they missed out though! Maybe some milk in the fridge for the coffee in the morning 😊

The location of the hotel is perfect if you’re looking to visit the ruins and want a short walk to and from the train station. It’s also near lots of cafes and restaurants which is ideal. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely incredible, lots of variety and options available and I’m going to miss it now I’m home! Room was decorated lovely, good space in the bathroom and the bed was quite comfy. The lighting system was really cool aswell.

Really minor things, our room was at the front of the hotel and it was a bit noisy from the street and night life but it wasn’t the end of the world. We would have liked a room viewing the volcano but wasn’t available but again this wasn’t a dealbreaker.

From the reception to the garden restaurant we were treated like kings. The people at the reception were amazingly friendly!! Napolitani are a special breed of people, very corteous and warm The room are very spacious and ours had a view to Mt Vesuvius . The hotel itself is an ancient Monastery renovated and very modern. Very imposing structure with a magnificent garden The restaurant has a superb service . The food is beyond excellent. We ate the 'pancia maialino' and the 'pesce spada'. Just divine! All in all we very much liked our stay and we decide to add another night
