NH Ravenna

We stayed for one night prior to a cruise. The location is short walk from the train station. The room was small, as are most European hotel rooms, but the hotel met our needs. We paid for a room to include breakfast and it was well worth it. The bed was a little firm for our tastes. The bathroom was nice, the shower could've used a little more water pressure. The hotel was nice to let us store our luggage as we explored the beautiful town of Ravenna and see the amazing mosaics inside the Basilicas before heading to our cruise.

The price was a little high for what you get, but choices are limited in the area.

The Location is excellent as you have easy access to the city and it's many bars/restaurants, shops and Historical sites. The staff where friendly and helpful.

The rooms are ok but in my opinion a bit dated. My check-in went smoothly but not so for my colleague who arrived two days later. When he arrived on the evening of the 19th a group arrived about the same time. We entered first and found the reception unattended (they were in the back office). The group had not entered yet and my colleague waited patiently. As the group entered the receptionist came out and ignored my colleague and started to check-in the group. He then waited for the group to be check-in before himself. The only real negative experience of the stay.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The breakfast was great. The staff were very professional too!

The only thing that is alittle annoying was the cleaning with a vacuum was loud early in the morning. However, obviously they keep the rooms clean. I seem to me there was a large groups of refugees across the street. People asking for money. Again, that's not under control of the hotel.

I stay for a night (night before cruise ship day) and it was fine. The location is near to the train station and near to the city centre. The front desk is good and breakfast buffet is good too.

the furniture is little bit old however it is clean.

Weeks before we arrived we ask in hotel the possibility to book a taxi from the port to the hotel and after 2 days .a taxy from ravenna to venice airport . They answer that its impossible,also without reccomend anything.we searched the net and founded alone.is this a service that give a 4 star hotel? A shame!

Very comfortable stay in a room with everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and always available should we need anything. Paid Parking was directly outside the front door for around €10 per day. Breakfast was excellent at the hotel. I am Coeliac and as soon as I mentioned to them, a tray of gluten free food was served to me.

Most of our experience staying at this hotel was positive. Room was nice and staff were excellent.

Arriving on a Saturday evening at 8pm we were expecting to have food in the hotel. The restaurant was closed and nothing was available. Not even a sandwich. I don't know if this was a one off or if it is closed every Saturday evening.

Location is great (on the border of the historic centre, at a walking distance from all attractions and lots of stores, restaurants and bars). My room was very clean and the bathroom was functional. The personnel are nice and kind. I had a personal problem that the hotel managing helped me to solve in the best way.

Breakfast was ok but it can be improved in terms of variety. It is quite inconvenient that the hotel does not have a garage, although using a voucher provided by the hotel one can park in the square in front of it at a nominal fee. Air conditioning is noisy and its functioning is quite erratic. My room had very small windows.

This hotel was wonderfully convenient - five minutes walk from the station/bus stops and little more to the historic centre. The room was comfortable and the breakfast good; they catered well for our dietary needs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Perhaps the rooms feel a little dated, but this is very minor.

Centrally located, upscale hotel with excellent breakfast and easy access to secure week-long parking. An excellent choice for those taking a Cruise from Ravenna’s Port.

The area around the hotel is somewhat run down and lacks many of the amenities that one would expect to find in a European city center
