Palazzo Bezzi Hotel

The hotel was clean and bright, with a welcome cookie and tea. The staff were friendly and helpful, and provided any and all possible necessary information, from restaurants recs to sites to see and how to best do so. We were only there one night, but wish we could have stayed longer! Included breakfast was wonderful and such a beautiful courtyard space to eat indoor/outdoor. The room was well laid out and fit the 3 of us perfectly. Honestly, a better experience than many other chain properties I’ve stayed in before. Loved this hotel!

The property is clean and the rooms spacious with all the essential add ones a travel needs. The staff were delightful and helpful.

There is no bar as such although drinks can be served on the 5th floor terrace and elsewhere.

Excellent hotel, very nice, very clean, spacious and comfrotable rooms. We stayed in the winter and the room heating sistem was perfect, quickly warm. Inexpencive minibar, all amenities in the room like 5 star hotels. Really great tasty breakfast with big variety of choice, fresh and local food, prossecco, fresh juice, cakes... and coffe was fenomenal. INCREDIBLE staff, very kind and helpfull, always smile and give you every possible information (especially man at reception desk) and overal hospitality on a very very high level! Perfect central location for exploring Ravenna old city centre on foot. We could reach all main attractions and restaurants in max 5-6 min walking distance, (some Unesco heritage sights are even less than 100 meters from hotel.) Parking just in front, for 2 eur/24 hours in same street few meters from hotel, or you have options of parkings/garages very nearby. Great value for money, exceeded my expectations. Would recomend to everyone! Will come back!

Everything was good.

The hotel is well placed for a visit to the churches and the cathedral. We found on street parking easy , secure and the staff were very helpful with advice when making the booking. The hotel is neither modern or old and from the outside not impressive, however once inside it is clear that it is both charming and well run. Typical Italian ! Although there is no evening meal restaurant service there is a very good local restaurant ( the hotel helpfully provided a list of local restaurants and will make a booking for you )within walking distance. Breakfast and the room were good and we were glad that we choose Palazzo Bezzi. Graham

It would be usefull to have some English speaking TV channels. The externaL appearance is not great,but if you are used to travelling in Italy then this wouldn't put you off.

Best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had in a hotel anywhere in the world. An incredible array of food and beverage choices. Make your own mimosas?? Tough to beat that. All of the fresh custom made coffee drinks you want. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable with crisp cotton sheets and a variety of pillows. Inexpensive minibar. Bathrobes, heated towel bar, great water pressure in the shower. Incredibly quiet. Breakfast until 10:30 with so much great food that we could usually skip lunch. Excellent location, nice lobby with no hassle entry. Ravenna is a great base of operations to take the train on day trips to lthwr Italian cities. You simply aren’t going to find a better hotel choice in any of the larger surrounding cities. They are all in busy areas and nickle and dime you to death. You simplify don’t get treated that way at this hotel.

Too much choice in the breakfast buffet 😂. Just kidding. No issues whatsoever.

This is a really nice hotel in a central location. The rooms are spacious, clean and warm. It's easy to park in the street and the hotel give you a permit which only costs €2 for your whole stay. The staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is great with lots of choice. On the top floor, there is a small sun terrace, which is a fabulous sheltered place to relax.

Good location a few minutes walk from the center of Ravenna, the main sites and restaurants. There is a good arrangement for parking on the street (but don't know if it is good in high season as places are limited).

The hotel is "fine, but..." on many aspects, meaning there is nothing really wrong, but nothing waow to write about : - staff is professional but lacks in warmth or interest, breakfast is quite good and varied, but under 2 tv-sets with different channels and background music, room is comfortable but room temperature is a challenge to set, lifts are up or down but you don't know which, etc Two many "almost there but not quite" at this price level ( approx 200e/night in our case)

Sympathetically converted property conveniently placed on the very edge of the old town of Ravenna with all the modern conveniences you would expect in a 4 star hotel. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds and seating. The bathrooms are also large with loads of hot water. The breakfast area is spacious, very well run with well spaced tables, a copious selection of foods & dishes served fresh every morning and freshly made Italian coffees to order! This hotel is run by some of the friendliest, happy and helpful staff I’ve ever encountered; nothing was too much trouble and everything done with a smile. On street parking just outside.

There was nothing that I would complain about

The staff at Palazzo Bezzi is just outstanding. my wife broke bones in her foot just before we arrived at the hotel. Sara, on the front desk made arrangements for us to get to the emergency room and then on to orthopedic appliance store for a boot and crutches. she ordered dinner for us, as late as it was. The entire staff bent over backwards to help us in every way! The facilities were outstanding and our room was the nicest that we can remember. I highly recommend the Palazzo Bezzi to anyone- you will not be disappointed!

The location, the architecture, the rooms were a delight. The staff provided excellent suggestions for dinner and arranged transportation to and from the cruise port at a reasonable price. Any request was promptly addressed. The included breakfast  offer a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit and fresh juice.
