This was an amazing stay! Giovanni [ and of course his little helper, little Johnny!] couldn't do enough for my brother and I. From recommending and booking restaurants to obtaining taxis nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious, as were the bathrooms. All of wonderful Ravenna was easily accessible and I will never forget the smell of jasmine as we walked around. The train station was only a gentle 10 minute walk away. Heartily recommended!

Bring your Jungle Formula - the mosquitoes are vicious! There is no way to avoid the nightmare that is Bologna station to get here on the train!

A basic B&B but very clean and quite comfortable. The staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. This applied not only to the staff on site but also to their extended family. Breakfast was plentiful. A good point about this hotel is that it is only a few minutes from the station. This is important as taxis in Ravenna are in very short supply when there are cruise ships in. Although this is not the sort of accommodation that we stay in usually we would stay here again. Good value for money.

The B&B is located in a beautiful house, very close to the train station. I was provided with a sparkling clean, spacious, and well-equipped room. The bed was ultra-confortable! I was also welcomed by a very cute and friendly dog!! Breakfast was served in the dining room - a nice and cozy touch.

I was awaken very early in the morning with the noise of nearby works, but I’m sure it is a temporal thing!

Very clean room and bathroom. Very good location. Quiet place. Easy check in, the electronic key works fine. Very friendly and helpful people. Nice breakfast (sweet-Italian style) Had a fridge with minibar in the room, a selection of teabags and TV.

The electric kettle in the room had dirty water inside. Probably they didn't have time to clean it, also because they let me in my room much earlier than the expected check in time.

Staff was very sweet, unique rooms and private bath. Great location.

Check in was a little confusing, but it was figured out once we got there. Can hear other guests, was quite noisy around 10:30pm. Sounded like dishes in kitchen. Difficult to find side entrance due to everything under construction.

Having to counicate via emails to get entry instructions is inconvenient and impersonal but this applies to majority of BnBs

There was lots of noise in the house but I think it’s because there’s construction going on at the property

Very friendly staff. Very convenient location. Super nice Johnny. Definitely recommend to use option with restaurant: the you can pay very good discount price for dinner in the restaurant and tasty food.

Especially the check in. Secondary the quiet location however central and neat neigbourhood.

A very quiet place.Easy access to the appartments ; the guests recieves per whats entry code to the building as wel asl the room. Thus check in can take any time in the usual prescribed check in times. The check in is also done automatic on line. This makes the whole check in pricedure very easy and comfortable

The location was excellent, less than ten minutes walk from the station and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions of Ravenna.

The breakfast could have been better thought out. No butter on any of the three mornings and, on the third morning, no bread. The water pressure in the shower was very low,
