Ostia Antica Park Hotel & Spa

Breakfast was Basic Continental , fine with that. Room was very clean & bed comfy . I was on a real short visit, I didn't use the pool at all, although the poolside area was very pleasant

Slight bit of misinformation that caused inconvenience - I asked on Receptionist on Monday morning what time the Restaurant opened and was advised it would be serving from 19:30....I duly came downstairs at 19:00 to be told that the Restaurant doesnt operate on a Monday. As it turned out no local Restaurants are open either. I mean it wasn't the end of the World as the lad on reception was very helpful & directed me to a local Take Away so I got fed alright, but it's poor that I was given wrong information earlier

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they were polite and attentive to my needs. They provided helpful recommendations and were always available to assist me with any requests or inquiries. The room was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable,

Breakfast options left much to be desired. The variety wasn't extensive, and the choices were mostly limited to sweet options. If you are someone who prefers savory or more nutritious options for breakfast, you might find the selection disappointing.

Have stayed here previously, it is a simple hotel great for visiting Ostia. Reception quick & efficient. The rooms are clean, beds & pillows comfy, quiet location. . As repeat customers, we were given room 222 which has a nice balcony overlooking pool. The breakfast, if included is simple Italian style. Ours was not included so 7€ per person a little pricey for coffee and croissant... There is a local restaurant nearby walking distance with excellent food. Will return for the good value and good night sleep.

Overpriced breakfast

Breakfast was optional, mainly cornetos/croissants and coffee, so nice to be able to pay for only what we ate. Pool looked clean. Safe in room was bolted down, unlike several places we stayed. Staff very helpful about local restaurants and setting up shuttle to airport, but $50 for 20 min ride is highest we experienced in Italy or Greece.

Very dim lights, had to remove shields from lights over bed in order to read. No drinking glasses until we asked. Shower low power and no side spray option. No welcome water or anything else in fridge. No instructions about room, TV, etc. Closest market was about 15 min walk away.

Location was excellent, close to the airport and also close to the adorable downtown Ostia Antica. The desk clerk helped us bring up the luggage. The room was nice, clean and with a terrace that overlooked the pool. Nice bed with very good linens, It is a Spa no frills place but great, this was our 3rd time there.

While the room was clean but there was very noticeable mold at the corner of the bathroom stall. Otherwise very claen.

Honestly didn't expect much as we needed a place close to the airport for an early flight, but this little place was awesome. It had a swimming pool, sauna and a good vibe. The room was much larger than expected for the 15m2, and had a large balcony too, very clean and comfortable for a quick stay. Front house staff were also very friendly.

The tourist tax charge wasn't communicated at check-in, and I assumed it would be included in booking.com prices. It was only announced when I dropped off the key which was 4 euros per room.

Especially staff, they were lovely. Swimming pool could have been open till late, it was really early to close at 7:30. . Loved the restaurant staff, food hall open 24/7 was fantastic

Everything was good.

We sat by the pool and the were enough sunbeds for everyone and it was very chilled. The hotel is a 10 minute drive to the airport.

The shower had a fixed shower head and shower curtains, it was abit hard to shower without making a little mess.

Everything was perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day and we had breakfast there too which was great.

Pool was nice. The reception staff were very helpful. They helped book a nearby restaurant for evening meal.

There was no gluten and dairy free options for the buffet breakfast provided in the hotel.
