Hotel Giulietta e Romeo

The Room & Housekeeping was excellent. The air-conditioning was really efficient & the fridge was a great benefit during the hot weather. There was something for even the most selective diet in the Breakfast Buffet & the food & presentation was superb. Special thanks go to the lady (didn't get her name!) who serviced the breakfast area with keen attention to detail. The bonus was that she spoke perfect English too!

I only experienced Room 18, but the Quadrant shower cubicle was claustrophobia inducing! The WC was jammed sideways against the wall, with negligible knee space against the basin cupboard ? Yet the Bathroom was a good size overall, which only added to the comical appearance of a Bidet forlornly dumped centrally in the remaining generous floor-space! I spent my career working in Architecture & Design & can ONLY assume the Plumber was having a bad day at work?

I liked the location as it was on corner of plaza with restaurants and laundromat, bus stop, shops. The hotel was nice, room size was good with plenty of storage, sofa, fridge. The staff was very helpful.

I wish there was little more hanging available for clothing in room ans bathroom. Bed was little too hard for me. Toilet lid needed to fixed as it kept falling while sitting on it. Also, no hair conditioner available. Water here in rome is rough and makes hair rough. I really needed the hair conditioner.

Pretty funky decor. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. Wide range of food available for breakfast

Day 2, there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom drains. There was a dj playing in the bar below until midnight below my room. The location was quite a way out of town so took an hour to get there by bus & train

Rooms were very clean, location was pretty decent for taking a bus into the Rome city Center. Staff was extremely lovely and helpful, and even went the extra mile with helping us find the proper bus/metro routes for the places we want to see! Reception also spoke a bit of English which was very lovely! Would definitely recommend this for any tourist wanting to stay a bit out of the way of the city Center.

Everything clean, the Entry hall with wonderful paintings. Beds were very comfortable

We were Slightly dissapointed from breakfasts. Recommemdatio m not to buy with breakfast and rather go to a pasticeria just 1 min away with excellent Coffee and pastry

Close to a grocery store and several eating places.

Our room was over a restaurant and faced a children's playground. It was noisy until about midnight on the Saturday that we were there, Sunday was much quieter.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast was good as well. Behind the hotel there is a Restaurant with a children Player area, which made our stay way more enjoyable for the Kids.

Very helpful staff at check in to assist with buses into the city centre and trains to main attractions. Went above and beyond to assist which has been rare!

Difficult to get to from airport

breakfast was fine. location was near to great food places. next door to a,wonderful restaurant, La Boca that also has,a great kids play area.

Location was excellent, very nice area, nice restaurants and nice stores. The staff was excellent, ready to help us with everything, very friendly, excellent attitude. No complaints
