The staff was excellent, when asked, they helped us with about everything to make our stay memorable, they make you feel to be your long-time friends or even family. Anyway, the people of Rome are very friendly to everyone who endeavours to visit their city - just stay polite and abstain from criticising petty, insignificant details. As all Italians, they value their families, friends and their worthy-of-following living style.
The location was a little bit remote for a car-lacking traveller, yet still well manageable: * To get (back) to the hotel: just take the tube, the 'B'-line to 'Ponte Mammolo' and from there you take the 444 bus all the way down to 'Jemolo' (beware, there are 2 Jemolo stops take the first one on your way to the hotel). * City bound: just take the bus 444 (the 'Menichella/Astuti' stop) to the next subway station ('Ponte Mammolo') and from there you have the whole city within your reach. With the subway ('Metro') and the buses one can reach about everything in the city - just be sure to have a public transport map at hand. Or better: the well proven and tested android app 'Moovit'

The reception desk as well as the waiters and cleaning staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure that I am comfortable and all my needs were met during my stay of 5 days which included the easter long week-end. I liked the neighbourhood and all it could offer.

The hotel was clean and updated, short bus and train ride into rome central. Staff was courteous and helpful and there was indoor garage free parking
When we book the room we thought there was a nice restaurant in the hotel but it was closed due to Covid, not their fault I guess but should not be advertised if closed

The hotel is very dated but they seem to be working in some issues. Carpets definitely need replacing and a new coat of paint in certain areas
