noise! the noise from other rooms is ignorable while noise from the hallway and common room is not. besides, don’t know whether it’s because of holiday or whatever reasons, during the stay, the bar and restaurants downstairs are so noisy after 1 am

Very easy access via metro to the apartments and from the apartments to the city centre! Just 2 min walk from the apartments to Bologna metro station, from which you can to practically anywhere in the city. Clean and tidy room. Traditional italian breakfast everymorning. Amazing!
Sometimes the water in the shower randomly changed from warm to cold. Otherwise, everything perfect :)

remote check in works like charm. Room cleaned and tightened up every day. Towels changed on request. Kitchen in common area was clean, refilled on daily basis. Excellent espresso. We have filling as we are staying in very good hotel.

location is great. room was big. cleaned everyday which is a plus when u are running around from morning to night with no time.
there are no cooking facilities. so eating out became expensive travelling with a family. room was big. but not when 4 people are in it. and only 2 tiny drawers for clothes. not the end of the world, but travelling with 4 people in a room, things get very tight. there were also a lot of miscommunication with the staff. that being said, they went to a very big effort to help sort out certain complicated issues.

We needed 2 twin beds. In this Booking.com app the description for this "Superior Double Room" was (still is) "2 twin beds, 1 queen bed", no options asked when booking. So we booked this room. But when we arrived there was only a queen bed. I sent a message through the app to the owners (then we continued via Whatsapp) but they accepted to put another bed only for €15 per night. I didn't accept that. They blame Booking.com for misleading the info they provided (probably true, but not the client's problem), but they didn't take any responsability at all. Be carefull when booking this hotel.
