Noba Hotel e Residenze

The best thing about this hotel is location, the bus station from which you can come to the city centar (20-30 minutes) is in the front of the hotel and the train station from which you can go to the Fiumicino airport is 5 minutes away. Rooms are clean, stuff is nice.

Breakfast - the restaurant is very nice, but they serve only few things for breakfast, they are tasty but I think that it’s not enough because it is small and only sweet things like croissants, crostata etc. Bathroom should be more practical - maybe to put some hanger for towels. Noise from the street - sound isolation is not good.

The hotel is located on the mail road, however the soundproofing is great and there was no street noise coming into the room. Good connection to centre, the rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable

the breakfast on offer is a croissant and coffee. I would not even call it a breakfast.

Because of it being outside the city center, it's 30min bus ride to most places "Hidden" city tax fee (theres a card explaining it in the reception, but 1. I didn't notice actually, 2. no info on booking

Quiet rooms with minibar. Although the hotel is not centrical it is well connected via 60 bus, few meters from the front door, and takes you to Plaza Venezia in 20 minutes. Gym das a big surprise: small but fairly well equipped. Figo restaurant is really good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was more than ok, despite the bad reviews: coffee, juice (not fresh), yogurt, cereal, croissant, Bundy cake, crostata and other pastries, and you can repeat anything.

Bathroom was small and old. Uncomfortable pillows.

The hotel was situated next to a great restaurants that served good food at a reasonable price.the rooms were also clean and comfortable. Metros are close by. Train to and from the airport is a 7 min walk from the hotel.

I requested a takeaway breakfast, 2 days before checkout, as I had an early flight out. Breakfast comprised of pastries, yogurt, and coffee. I was told that it was impossible to provide as they had never provided that to any guest before, and it was not in their policy. This is understandable. However, it was merely to pack pastries and yogurt cups in a box of somesort. The least the hotel could have done is to look into it to make their guest feel more happy with their stay and experience.

The quadruple room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is far away from the city center but it is easy reachable as there is a bus stop next to the hotel. 7 minutes walk to the Libia metro station and 5 minutes walk to the Rome Nomentana train station which is connected to Fiumicino airport. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. There was some rainy days but hotel borrowed us umbrellas free of charge :)

The hair dryer did not worked in our room but they gave us another one. There is no salty options for breakfast, like cheese, ham or something.

restaurant very high quality, although in theory not linked to the hotel, being right below at ground floor makes the stay very confy, as after a long day at work, coming back and having a good restaurant for dinner right in the hotel is a great addition to the stay.

parking unfortunately is expensive and there are no many places, for free, around the hotel to park your car...

Great price to value. Hotel is nice, there are nice restaurants and bars around. 15-20 minutes bus trip to the Colosseum. 1 hour train trip from airport. Really nothing bad can be said about this hotel. Recommended.

Breakfast is not buffet style. You can only choose two hot drinks, two croissants and two sweets (incl. orange juice). It's good and enough but can be better (i.e. I would like to have more than one glasses of juice and not waiting for waitress during my breakfast).

Overall the rooms were good, clean , nice and very quiet . The staff was welcoming and friendly both at reception and break fast. I liked that was a bottle of free water on the room, it speaks very poorly of a hotel forcing the guests to pay 2-3 eur for a bottle of water when they arrive tired to their rooms and too many hotel chains do it. The shower water pressure and temperature was good, that is also a basic but again not always present...

The breakfast could have more healthy and non-sweet options, beyond sweets there was just plain yogurt and orange or apple. I suggest to incorporate more variety of fruits and options like bread with ham and cheese or scrambled eggs There was no full-body mirror on the room, and the electrical connectors where smaller than usual,i could only connect my laptop in a connection near the room entrance so i had to work sitting on the bed instead of using the desk
