Hotel Roma Tiburtina Metro

I liked the clarity and it even exceeded my expactations since I didn't expect from a 3-star hotel to have my room cleaned on a daily basis. The rooms are cleaned daily and are extremely tidy, the staff are wonderful. They are so kind, helpful and understanding. The breakfast is amazing as well, I liked everything, especially the cakes!!! In summary, I would give 4-stars to this hotel, however the location might not help them to achieve this, but I think anyone can take advantage of it as well since the more you travel, the more you can see.:)

The only thing I didn't like that even though the city centre is 30 minutes by metro (it was written 20 in booking but maybe they didn't mean until the Colosseum but somewhere nearer in the city centre), we had to travel much and if we wanted to get home from another part of the city centre, it took more time to get to the hotel and most of the times we had to transfer by bus or with another metro.

- The staff is SUPER friendly, really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We got a "YES" for every request we had. - The room was kept very clean (4 days). - We arrived 3 hours earlier than normal check-in hours and our room was ready! - The coffee served with the breakfast was very good. It's a shame we could not find same coffee beans in France. - Location is quite good, although it's 20-30 mins away from the centre, the nearest metro station is 550m away = 6 mins walk. nearest LIDL store is some 600m away, nearest ATM machine is 750m away.

- the breakfast buffet is a bit on the basic side and for some might lack hot dishes. For us it was enough - you can make yourself a sandwich with ham/sausage and cheese + fresh juice, or a bowl of cereal with milk/juice. The selection of pastry/cookies to go with your coffee or tea is good though.

Really good location super close to metro and a Lidl for food, the staff were so welcoming and really friendly, breakfast was nice and good value for money.

The room was smaller than expected but still everything we needed, was clean but bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and there was a little bit of mould in the corner of the room.

The rooms were very comfortable. There was AC in the room. The beds were cozy and the bathroom was clean daily. The breakfast was also good. There were options like fruits and veggies for the vegetarians as well. It was worth the money

The hotel is bit far from Roma termini.

The area was a little outside of the tourist zone but the staff was extremely nice and went above and beyond to explain things to us and help us in everything we needed. The kindness of Mirko is worth the stay here!

The coffee isn't hot enough but that seems to be everywhere in Italy with the exception of a few places.

Great location, 5 min to the metro station that goes directly to Colosseum (about 25 min). Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. The breakfast is good, same every day, lot of pasteries, but not lot of choice with salty dish. Air conditioner works well. Pillows could be little bigger. All in all great hotel.

Great hotel, a bit too far from the city center, however, close to the Blue line Metro. Tasty breakfast, nice and clean rooms and helpful staff.

Our toilet could have a little bit more cleaning and the room walls were paper thin, so you could hear almost everything from the others. Saying this, the price-to-performance ratio is definitely great!

Hotel is in a quiet place close to the metro station Rebibbia so you will always enter the empty train. The room is clean and has all basic suff you might need. Staff is friendly and ready to help.

The breakfast is just a bunch of snacks. The bed is squeaky and uncomfortable

It was a pretty nice stay. Very comfortable and clean room, with super friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

The location was far from the center, but luckily it is close (10 min walk) to the last metro station.

The continental breakfast, the cozy beds, modern enviroment

It is quite far from the city center, but close to the metro station. If it works well you can reach the city center fast. The walls are thin so you can hear every noise from the neighbourhood.
