Urban Garden Hotel

The garden was wonderful, the room sufficient large for all three of us, the alternatives for breakfast attractive for the price of 7 euro - the cappuccino amazing, blessed their hearts :). The personnel was extraordinary in changing our room (due to a technical problem in the bathroom) and offering support in airport transfer choices. Two supermarkets close to the hotel - useful for snacks. Close to subway - about 16 min of travel to Termini station .

The entry room door was not closing completely and being close to the entry in the yard we could hear all the guests coming in or going out of the location - unfortunately the hotel was full and no other triple was available. Be aware of the city tax - collected by the hotel at checkout - an unpleasant surprise created by the local authorities, not by the hotel - probably I missed on booking.com or at the reception where this tax was mentioned . Nevertheless, 4 eur/person/night for a 3-stars hotel is not something that leaves a pleasant memory in the last night in Rome. :(

The structure is well decorated and comfortable, well laid out and inviting. The staff members we met were available and helpful. The room was completely clean and decently spacious. No squeaks in the bed.

Pricing was slightly excessive for a room with no windows, no ventilation and no fridge. It's understandable there would be no windows for privacy, but it's still not great considering the "soundproof" rooms still let a good amount of sound in, whether it was road noise or people talking. The bathroom vent was broken, the bidet had a malfunctioning nozzle and the shower head was painfully high in pressure, strong enough to leave red marks on my skin even when lightly opening the faucet. No pillow options besides the only two tremendously hard pillows which I preferred to remove.

Good location (near metro), very clean with very good room service cleaning, safe area, nice staff, comfortable bed with good air conditioning and a cute cat that roams around 🐱

No fridge (this was especially noticeable during a summer heatwave) and the breakfast was poor (it’s relatively cheap though so it may be good for the price).

Firstly i would like to say that all the employees were friendly and kind cleanliness was super I would recommend it to people to visit it also nice breakfast for the money you pay in Rome this was very nice hotel!!

the only problem is the distance but is only the first day you get a taxi from Termini station and get you to the hotel was only 15 euros since we had to stay many days in Rome But after the first day the transportation was very easy !!!

Our room was clean, big enough, and really comfy. The apartment is daily cleaned, however, if you want to have a bit of privacy just lock the door and you're good to go. Furthermore, the best was the staff there. Everyone was really lovely and helpful. Especially our favorite receptionist Ludovico (Ludvik), who should receive a higher salary for his friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness.

Sometimes you could hear the metro, however, it is nothing horrible and the metro does not ride at night either way, so it was not a big issue. Also, you can hear sometimes people walking around in the morning, but again nothing horrible. It is just lovely housekeepers doing their job. :) The only thing the room was missing is actually the mini-fridge. Also, the locality does not seem so safe, or clean. But nothing happened to us, and the hotel is secured with cameras all over the place.

Almost all staff were good and helpful. So overall i suggest 100% to book here if ur work is nearby. Definitely if i get a chance i will only book here.

Breakfast was not bad, just average. But they could make it better with some sausages too or something different daily. One staff was looking irritated when we ask him something. I guess he was not able to follow english languague. Though he looked irritated he tried to help.

The room was very nice. We were a little bit surprised that the main door leads right to the room (there is no entrance hall). It was very clean and bathroom was also very clean. There were some "broken" parts in the room, for example the toilet seat (it was sliding to the left a bit) and also the towel hanger (it detached itself voluntarely). The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really big and there was also a big variety of options. We didn't see any savoury options tho, it was mostly sweet croissant, cookies, some pastry etc. They also have gluten-free options when asked for :) There is also a Lidl shop near by if you need anything specific. Overall I would recommend this place if you are like us and you just sleep and eat at the accommodation.

Very clean and tidy. The staff was complaisant and friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient - you can get to the old town quickly by metro.

The door of the bathroom couldn’t be closed properly, but it’s not a big hindrance - you’re able to take shower and use the toilet privately. The other thing’s that the floor was incredibly cold since we were on the ground floor and that wasn’t really pleasant.

Room was large and spacious, completely noise proof. Staff were helpful. Metro was so close to the hotel it was only a 4-5 minute walk and the metro could get you anywhere. Rooms were also so clean along with everything around it. Would recommend.

A fridge in the room would be a plus but I honestly struggle to find anything to improve because it was great for us!

All great, excellent value for money, very friendly staff; value for money breakfast. The hotel is situated in a great kick off position, for visiting central Rome.

Handy parking, everything about this hotel is excellent value for money. We will be going back there again. Also the breakfast is excellent. You can eat as much as you like, so its a really good setup for the day.
