I really like most of the staff were kind, courteous and reliable. I also like the shuttle having the free shuttle is a must in this location.

That the shuttle did not take us to the airport. It did not pick us up from the airport. For the price, the value and the location I certainly believe that the shuttle to, and from the airport should be awarded guest at no additional fee

It was super clean, which made us feel very comfortable. There is a garage for our rented car. However they also have a free shuttle to the metro station. Staff were friendly, Jessica at reception, the shuttle drivers, the staff at the restaurant too and we can't forget the smiley face of the house keeper who cleaned our room daily.

Breakfast had good sweet options but not much savory, dairy or vegetables/fruits There was one type of cheese only so more cheese varieties would be good, also there wasn't any vegetables to have with the egg for those who don't eat meat . It would have been nice to have something like mashrom, baked beans, tomato, cucumbers., olives, Lettuce. There was good amount of sweet tarts and croissant but no saulty pastry (ie: cheese, spinage or cheese and tomato pastry or non sweetened croissant ). All the staff at the restaurant were very polite and helpful though

Breakfast , lunch and dinner were all lovely. Cappuccino made by the staff in the morning was a little cold some days. Rooms were clean and comfortable but would have liked a kettle in the room

Our european adapters that we brought from home only went into one socket in the room. This did not suit us as we had multiple things to plug in. We had to source (from local store "Pam") the adapters to go into the room sockets that our european adapters connected with

Cleanliness was super extraordinary! Staff were very nice. Room was fantastic. Breakfast was fine. Fitness center was great. Free parking garage with direct elevator-access to the room. HIGHLY recommended hotel if you have a car - great area with good shopping malls and dining options (if you have a car). Again, I have to highlight the massive effort put into cleaning the room by the cleaning staff, every day - wow - fantastic cleaning staff. Fantastic stay in Rome!

Breakfast could have a bit more options, but it was okay.

Clean, comfortable, nice location (25-30 drive to the historic center), helpful and polite staff, very good breakfast, private free parking with internal elevator directly to the room, room decoration, bed and mattress, air conditioning

There was noise from the 5th floor above (from 8 pm to 1 am sometimes and from 6 am), probably from the restaurant/terrace/breakfast area. We constantly heard noises (from chairs moving perhaps) that disturbed our sleep. We should have asked for a room change. Maybe we were on the worst spot under the terrace.

The breakfast was terrible. Worse than Gas station food And the cleaning lady too noisy pusing beds at 8 am and entered in my room with force, even If I said that I don't need cleaning.

Good breakfast and helpful staff. Free shuttles to subway a big plus. New place as of this date (8/2023). Secure rooms. There was a mall about one mile away. You should get a ride there rather than walk. Reasonable restaurant at on the 5th floor.

Location is in the middle of nowhere. No sites nearby. Do not wander the neighborhood on foot. No vending machines of any kind. No views of anything from the top floor.

Your breakfast options were not good. As a muslim, we dont eat pork amd there wasnt much selection already and with the limited selections you had were mostly pork items. Also you didnt have a big blanket. We had to use two twin blankets Charging plugs didnt work and fridge didnt work.

Breakfast very good, restaurant also fine. Location is a bit far from the center of Rome but the hotel shuffle at request to and from the nearest train station is very valuable for the stay. Very easy to use the train. Family hotel room was very spacious. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful.

Excellent room, though a bit small. Breakfast was good.

The shuttle car to the metro station was fast. But from the metro station to the hotel we waited 30 minutes, staying in the hot of 35 degrees. Besides, I have to use the roaming service on my phone to contact the hotel to request the shuttle. The residential area around the hotel was dirty, with piles of garbage not removed for long time, apparently, so not too pleasant to walk.
