Breakfast is very good

Location is far from city center, No shops surrounding, If you need anything, then you have hire the Taxi.

no bathrobe even when asked

clean and comfortable rooms, bathrooms and beds.

as usual, Novotel had a lousy bathroom designer who seems to designed all of their bathrooms hotels worldwide. absolutely horrible bathroom design. half glass showers. lights turning off even when you are in the bathroom, too many faucets in the bath tub that hit your legs while taking shower. wash basin/sink faucet was poorly designed and hard to control. while getting in the shower, be careful as you may hit the sink and fall. absolutely horrific bathroom design at Novotel but it was super clean.

The room was very clean and quiet. Also the guys working at the reception are very kind and very friendly. What I liked most were the homemade cakes for breakfast, superb!

The bathtub is ok, but when you travel for business the shower box is better. Also, I would appreciate if there were slippers in the room. I have always to ask for them. There is also one last thing that would make me very happy to have, that is: The diffuser for curly hair.. This is something missing all over the hotels, but trust me it would be great to have it in the room.

The staff was exceptional, they were always able to assist me in both English and Italian and went above and beyond to help me feel special as my stay coincided with my Birthday

there are no direct routes into the city, you do need to factor in taking both a bus and the metro. however, once i got the navigation down; I explored the local area and discovered many local restaurants and cafes, perfect for grabbing a snack or meal on my way into town

breakfast was ok , I don’t understand some comments from other people it was very quiet during the night not close to the city center but price was quite good

cleanliness was not great , dust in some parts of the room towels of poor quality restaurant : the menu is attractive , but food was not great ; I ordered a beef tartare which was not well seasoned and spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino e carciofi that were swimming in oil + carciofi were almost missing. To be honest the other dishes ordered by my companions were better

Hotel is new and modern , It’s a 3 star property. Rooms are big and clean . Breakfast was good . Staff is helpful and was able to provide pack breakfast in early morning.Games station for kids was good too.

Location is far from city Center. From Bus terminal you need to take metro and change to Bus ,reaching is painful with buses been late sometime.

Very nice staff. Our standard family room was a bit too small for us, but they helped us to change to a delux room. Also the service during the breakfast was very good. Buffet was nice, but it was also possible to order on request.

The room was nice and modern, but could have been a bit more clean. Also the sink in the bathroom had some cracks. Nothing too serious, but just small improvement possible.

Good breakfast, although space a bit tight plus understaff when too many customers.

Sound insulation quite poor, hot water coming slow due to no recirculation pump to keep it hot. Neighbour is fine but garbage on street. A construction site nearby making noise at 7:30 AM.

Rooms are clean. WiFi is good.

Unlike other Novotel hotel i.e. in Lisbon or Berlin there Are no entertainment area for kids. In Lisbon there was a Playstation corner... may be just because of covid. Parking place is insufficient and we had to pay for the garage. Breakfast is ok but not as in other Novotel hotel. We were robbed in the city and asked to stay couple of hours longert in the room to settle things with the police but lady at the front desk said that we can only leave things in the lobby.
