Villa Eur Parco Dei Pini

The hotel is located in a very nice location. Is has easy access to bus and metro. The hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible because it seems that the last one took place at least 30 years ago. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average. It needs to offer bigger variety of fruits and cheeses and for sure some vegetables. There is a huge variety of sweet staff to eat but not many hot dishes and salty staff.

The staff was very polite. The room were clean and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant and the staff is very polite and the quality of the food is high (home made) and not expensive!

I would suggest the hotel to sign a framework agreement with the gym close to the hotel in order to provide an additional service. However, everything was perfect and the quality of the service well above the average of 3 stars hotel.

Room: It was clean and spacious and really good to be able to block out the daylight with the outdoor curtains! Location: Great, I was attending a conference nearby and loved the morning and afternoon 15 minutes walking tours. Breakfast: Good bread and good selection of tea. Was happy to get melon and pineapple bites and unsweetened yogurt. Dinner: I had dinner included which was a great option when coming home from the conference. Staff: Was very nice :)

Room: Would be nice to have information about the building (was it formerly a convent?) and the hotel facilities, the gym, etc. in the room. A blanket was needed during the first nights and it would have been good to have one in the closet. Breakfast: I missed unsweetened cereals (e.g., oatmeal, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseed, nuts, almonds, etc.) and fruits (e.g., apples, bananas, oranges). The hot water for the tea could also have been hotter ;)

Really nice hotel, with very comfortable mattresses , shower working perfectly , tv , hair dryer and air conditioning. Breakfast was fresh and with a good variety of food. They can provide gluten free as well. This was our 4th time in Rome and Villa Eur was the best hotel so far ! Highly recommend it.

Price: because the location (it is not in town but not far from Eur Fermi underground station ) we thought the price was cheaper but at the end it wasn’t.

The appartement was great. It had everything! It was comfortable big and in the middle of the center. So everything was very close from stores to restaurants/cafes. Ones you close the windows you won’t hear a thing and the airco keeps the place cool! The host was also great she let me stay an extra night ! Definitely coming back here if I ever come to Napels again!! Thank you!

Breakfast was ok.

The rooms doesn't have a proper soudproofing, i heard my neighbour snoring and talking. The ceilling is very high, the furniture is old and it smells like granny's house. The mattress is at the end of its career. The whole building make you feel that you are in some industrial building by far beeing in a hotel. You must pay the parking for the car. 10€/day.

The stay was enjoyable, great staff, breakfast with a proper coffee and overall nice faiclity. Will definitely recommend this facility. Also neighborhood is very nice

I think that the parking system could be improved, but perhaps it was only my card not working for payments at the vending machine. For the rest, not really having any negative feedbacks about the facility.

The hotel suited our purposes perfectly as the first and last stops on our 34 day motorcycle tour. Our luggage was safely stored for more than a month. The reception staff were very helpful. Parking was good. Plentiful breakfasts with lots of variety.

The bathrooms could use some upgrading but everything is serviceable. What's with the cappuccinos served in paper cups in the restaurant at breakfast?

Great location close to metro stations and bus lines, a supermarket and cafes. One of the best internet connections I have ever experienced in a hotel. Comfortable room with good ventilation. Plenty of parking if you have a car. I cannot comment on the restaurant because I never used though.

It would benefit from some modern decoration. The shower doors were a bit moldy in some places.
