- spacious apartment - good food in restaurants on site - beach within a walking distance and with free shuttle service, free sunchairs subject to availability - pool - car rental agency on site - very helpful personnel

- would be nice to have a sponge and a little dishwashing detergent in the kitchen, or at least cloth for wiping out the food preparation area and dining table - would be awesome if there was a cheap and regular (a few times a day) shuttle service to Monti Pitrosu , otherwise a rental car is a must

Lovely hotel. The hotel beach was about 5 or 10 minute walk. There was also a hotel shuttle bus that would bring you to and from the beach. There was also umbrellas and beds at the beach (no cost). The water was crystal clear! There was also a snack van. Everything you need! Breakfast buffet was excellent... We had a rental car so we could go to the nearby towns for pizza in the evening but the onsite restaurants were good. So for us it had everything. No complaints! :)

Big spacious rooms. It was very clean and staff were friendly. Shuttle services to rooms and beach available making everything feel like a real vacation. The beach is lovely and easy accessible. Breakfast + Dinner buffet had a wide variety of delicious food, also Italian:) i.e. local & continental delicacies.

- our room (my wife and I) shared a common door with and our immediate neighbours. Even the slightest cough on the other side could be heard and this certainly didn’t ensure utmost privacy. - we had booked our room with breakfast included. However, the last day of check out turned out rather early, approx. 6:30am due to our early flight. We got the option to pick up our paid for breakfast from the reception as a take-away which we found very kind and were very appreciative for. This breakfast was unfortunately nothing up to standard. We got ourselves something more decent at the airport.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The bungalows were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The outdoor area was stunning, with beautiful landscaping and impeccable maintenance. I appreciated the privacy and uninterrupted stay. Additionally, the inclusion of charging facilities for electric cars was a convenient and eco-friendly touch. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for its friendly staff, spacious bungalows, gorgeous outdoor area, privacy, and sustainability efforts.

The selection of dinner buffet could be wider.

We really liked this resort. The room was really nice, the terrace was small, but adequate. The pool area was really nice and we really enjoyed the beach. The shuttle service was regular and easy to get to etc. Staff are friendly, we loved the pool/entertainment staff - they are a great bunch. Overall a really nice visit.

Luckily we had hired a car, having visited Sardinia many times in the past, but I understand that other people who had not hired vehicles, had trouble getting taxis or knew about the shuttle into San Teodoro. The resort is in the middle of nowhere and the resort should ensure everyone is able to take advantage of their shuttle service - at a reasonable cost!

The accommodation was great, reception and the general service as well. An airco in one of the rooms did not work properly, it was fixed within 30 minutes of my call to the reception. Good restaurants with varied choice of food. But the joy of our stay was the animation team! Really made a difference with organising games, sport, dance, singing and shows! Thanks :-)

The swimming pool has salt water, we did not really like that. The bar with excellent drinks made up for it!

The resort are was really beautiful and clean. Nice green area with flowers, pools, and beach area. Everything you need could be accessed at the resort incöuding restaurants, bars, entertanement, minishop and tour bookings. one of the most beautiful beaches close by the resort, e.g Cala Brandinchi although you need a car to get there.

Air guality in the appartment was not good, might be becaise we arroved at the beginning of the season and there had not been air condition on.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The private beach was a bonus.

The laundry room facilities were not ideal, only one washing machine was working (out of two, for the entire complex) which meant washing was a little stressful. Very busy with families and young children over the summer, a little noisy in the evenings.

Great for families with lots of facilities within the resort. Free parking on site with many carparks available. Staff were excellent very helpful and accommodating for any requests.

Rooms and facilities are a little run down. The self contained apartments had limited cooking appliances.

If you are looking for a secluded and spacious resort - this is the place! The grounds are huge and beautifully maintained! The entrance to the complex is very impressive and casts beautiful view over the pool and further the sea. It has a private beach just short walk or a golf cart ride away (which is provided) as well as sun lounges and umbrellas.

The milk in the coffee machine was very sweet. If you wanted a cappuccino, it was like you put 3 spoons of sugar into a tiny cup. Everyone ended up having americano with a drop of ‘normal’ milk from a cereal station. Also, little disappointed that when we checked in at 6pm we were told that the pool bar still serves sandwiches and salads (but that was not the case when we went to get one) and if we wanted to have dinner they only had availability at 9pm.
