Spa excellent. Breakfast very good. Sea view and access from bar and restaurant. Great beach access (reserve lounges and umbrella with life guard). Super onsite information center to organize excursions and provide information about hotel and island. Excellent tours by jeep and boat. Cute patio with chairs and table to room. Yoga possible.

Size of bedroom. Noise of neighbors and dogs - noise is worse in San Teodoro proper, Hotel L'Esagono is a kilometer out of town.

The pictures, and description does not do justice to this place. The Hotel is right on the beach, has a great restaurant on site, the beach is large, and you can have your own quite space, there is also a beach club next door, and it also has a less formal beach bar type of place serving bits and drinks. Rooms are really big, and very well situated. Even the most basic rooms have sea view from the balcony. We will high recommend this place and this part of Sardinia - the town itself is exactly 900 meters away, with amazing restaurants, and bars, and all other options. Some reviews say that place is noisy - its not true, and we stayed there in the peak season over August bank holiday.

Hotel is so pretty with flowers all around, the gardener seems to work all day everyday. Hotel is kept very clean, all the staff are lovely and hardworking. Lovely pool with lots of loungers and space and right next to the best beech I have seen in europe. Only a 10 min walk into town along a well kept pathway.

We arrived at 11 in the evening and was shown to our room that was about 100 yards from the hotel, we were told to come back to reception at 9 the net day to change the room which made us feel this wasnt a room they usually use. The hotel is net to a night club and if you re in a room near the road it does get noisy. So many flies in the breakfast room

Fabulous location, extremely helpful staff, great breakfast options hot and cold, (Remember this is a three star hotel - so don’t expect a 5 star breakfast) but there’s plenty to cover everyone’s needs that’s for sure. And the scrambled egg was amazing! Make sure you do a couple of boat trips as it’s the best way to see other parts and beaches.

We liked everything - be aware that if you want to go into the town in the evening, there is around a 10 - 15 minute walk, half up hill and half down. But it’s easy to manage. If you need to book a taxi, make sure you book a day in advance as there is a limited number of taxis on the island.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the charming and wonderful Hotel L’Esagono in San Teodoro, Sardinia, and I cannot recommend it enough. The hotel also boasts an excellent restaurant, serving delicious local cuisine, and a lovely pool area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Overall, my stay at Hotel L’Esagono was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, and top-notch amenities made for an unforgettable experience. Love the location, wonderful reception staff, great breakfast and views from the restaurant right on the water. Nice pool and spa facilities.

Toilet seat was broken and we were given a room right in the very back of the hotel and different to the one we requested that was in the first photo of booking.com’s picture of the room. Our friends booked the same size room after us (on our recommendation) and got a massive room with walk-in shower right next to the pool.

Right next to the beach. Many beautiful beaches around. Has a wellness centre, although I didn't enjoy my massage a lot (it was too weak). The staff was very welcoming and the territory is just beautiful.

Breakfast was the same every day and we were getting tired of it after a few days. There is a hot tub, but it's too expensive (15 eur per person per hour, I think). If it was just 15 eur/hour we would use is more often.

Great location - next to beach, swimming pool, hotel restaurant and bar. Food was very good. Also close by was the town of San Teodoro with lots of very good restaurants, shops and market stalls. Found a really good gym 5 mins drive away. Plenty of sandy beaches nearby.

The bed / mattress was not that comfortable. Mosquitos in the room was a problem, with all of us bitten several times over night. Breakfast was so so - scrambled, eggs, bacon, fruit, coffee, cakes. Could have done with a few more healthy options. One thing missing was a nice air conditioned gym. Beach was sandy but entry into the ocean was stoney ... beach shoes solved that problem.

Super hotel! Location fantastic, 10 min walk to the village with the shops and restaurants. You have a private beach and the umbrella with seats are just €20. Pool inside if you dont want to go to the beach. Sea restaurant in the hotel, food is delicious. I loved the spa. Had a deep massage and the girl was amazing. You must try if you want this relaxing experience. The breakfast has amazing morning view. Selection of things was a bit less, but maybe because is end of season and the hotel is closing wich is understandable. Bar got lovely cocktails to chill in the afternoon.

Please provide beach towels in the future. Don't mind giving deposit for a towel. Not everyone carry a towels in the suitcase ;) And also the internet was disconnecting constantly. It wasn't a problem for us, but people without data may struggle.

The room was comfortable, the surroundings were beautiful, being by the sea and the gardens were well kept. Good spread at breakfast and you couldn't beat the breakfast views!

We were there for Sun and Bass and so had a few late nights. We were woken up early the first few mornings by the cleaners offering to clean the room, the first was around 8am. It would be helpful to have a sign we could put up to say whether we wanted cleaning or not that day so we weren't disturbed and could catch up on some sleep. When the cleaners did clean, they did do a good job.
