Hotel Corte Regina

Hotel very central. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Discount offered to hotel residents for breakfast in restaurant close by, and also for dinner in hotel restaurant.

No wifi in hotel. Mentioned it to staff on first day who advised someone would come on the Monday to fix (3 days after our arrival). This did not happen. Disappointing

The location and the shuttle service from the parking. The parking was bigger than what we originally thought and the shuttle service was very well organized together with other hotels. It is very comfortable to sleep directly in the city, especially after a comfortable walk in the evening.

The only thing that could have been better was that we were not informed about the necessity to book the shuttle back to the parking way before the check-out. We went downstairs with the suitcases at 11:00 for the check-out and found out that the shuttle service was not available until 14:00.

The location was excellent and the receptionist was great - she ordered us a shuttle to the car park for us and was very helpful. The arranged parking was also hugely appreciated! The room was very basic which was fine for us but it would have been nice to see some little touches like other 3* hotels we've stayed in.

Brilliant location, helpful and friendly staff. We paid £50 for one night late deal and that included parking and 10% discount on pizza restaurant downstairs. Great value for money and super clean. Restaurant downstairs was beat meal we had in Italy

Excellent location. I had been looking forward to the Sirmione section of our trip, knowing I had booked a hotel in such a central location. It was so good to be so close to everything (Sirmione is tiny, but for this price, I wasn't even hoping to find something in the Colombare di Sirmione area). The staff was really nice, the room was clean, they even offered some vouchers for nearby restaurants which we didn't use. Still, the gesture was nice. Will definitely come back!

If I really had to come up with something, I'd point out the size of the room. It's not a room where 2 people could simultaneously get ready to leave the room for the day (let alone a night out). This is pretty normal for Italian hotels from what I've seen so far.

When we checked in, we were told the most we would have to wait for the shuttle back to the parking lot the next morning would be 20 minutes wait maximum. Unfortunately when we went to check out we were told there was no shuttle available for another hour and half, but that we could walk (in 90+ degree heat) and then would be able to deliver our bags. This is notice to the staff to get their story straight about the next day shuttle…we would have gladly reserved, but were told it wasn’t necessary.

Loved the location. Liked that there was a restaurant downstairs and lots to do around the hotel within easy reach. The host was extremely helpful and very accommodating.

Room was very compact we walked in to the corner of the bed several times. Bathroom was also small and you had to shimmy to the toilet. Shower pressure was ok but not great and toiletries left behind from previous occupier which suggested it hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Noise from the hotel reception traveled to our room so was very noisy in the morning.

Excellent location in the centre of beautiful Sirmione. It was very clean, with plenty of towels and has a lovely restaurant. Warm, friendly staff who couldn't do more for you. A special mention to Laura in reception who was so kind to my wife, giving help and advice on a medical matter. A credit to the hotel and a lovely person.

Possibly breakfast could have been included in our price. Other than that, this hotel is perfect for a stay in Sirmione and ideal to discover Lake Garda.

A gorgeous little hotel perfectly located in Sirmione, the staff were very welcoming and the receptionist was so lovely and very helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the only complaint was the noise from the street of deliveries to the surrounding businesses they start around 5.30 am, but that is not the fault of the hotel and my husband and myself would book to stay here again

From the second I saw the building, I liked this hotel. The sign itself was beautiful. The restaurant is in front of the hotel & looked very inviting. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant & helpful. We arrived a little early, but she checked to see if our room was available & luckily, it was. All of the rooms are name after flowers, not numbered & have little painted plaques next to the door of the room. The room was immaculate! And when I opened the wooded shutters on the window, I fell in love with the little balcony view of the clock tower to my left & the main cobblestone street to my right. There were beautiful bougainvillea flowers across the way and on the corner building. Later on, we went down to the restaurant for dinner. I had the veal cutlet & my friend had the lamb shank. Both dishes were superb! If i could give this place 11 stars, I would!

Honestly, I couldn't think of anything. It totally exceeded my expectations. I would stay there again if & when I get the chance.
