We were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The rooms are of adequate size. We stayed the Monza weekend and expected it too be quite noisy but it wasn't.

Very good place if you want to sleep over when you travel. We slept one night to take rest on a trip from Switzerland to Croatia. Good value for money. Great stuff. Very polite.

The staff at breakfast were so helpful and kind, especially the young woman. The gentleman on checkout was alsp polite and explained that i was required to pay for breakfast as I booked through booking.com
I didnt like the traffic noise, the many mosquitoes in my room and the manager. I used insect protection so was only bitten on my arms and hands. Kept me awake. The manager doesnt speak good English or French, she didnt respond to my messages and was rather officious, perhaps because she didnt I understand me. I didnt feel welcomed by her.
