Beautiful purpose built hotel with thick stone walls that keep the place cool. The courtyard and breakfast room are tranquil in a very tourist busy town. The staff were all very nice and happy to help with anything. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a terrace!

The room keys are kept on a rack that is accessible to the guests, and anyone else that could wander in. We took our room key from here without staff present at one point. The rack should be controlled.

A great location, 10 minute walk ( if that ) to the main shops / restaurants and 5 min walk to bus station . view from our room and the breakfast room is beautiful. We had a sea view room .breakfast was good and we enjoyed a glass of complimentary Prosecco at breakfast . The rooms look a bit bigger in the photographs. Very clean rooms ,a little dated but that doesn’t bother us . and the staff were very pleasant and very helpful . Would stay again . Had a wonderful stay .

The staff was very helpful, making a restaurant reservation, booking a taxi, making sure we could still get some breakfast in spite of the super early departure. Staff spoke good English, the breakfast was way more than Italian breakfasts tend to be, and there was even a resident kitty. The room contained everything we needed and the location was great.

My only tiny gripe was the angles at which the balcony photos are taken in the listing, making it appear larger than it was in reality. The table was teeny tiny and the chairs had to be sideways for two people to be able to sit there. In spite of a building blocking part of the view, it was still beautiful and we still loved our stay there anyway.

Unfortunately I don't recall the name of the two young ladies at the front reception desk but they were very kind, welcoming and informative from the time we arrived until we left. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful.

The only issue we had was the lack of on site parking but we were provided with an alternative secured parking lot a short walk away.

Right from the moment we arrived, we were given a warm welcome, great advice about the town of where to go & where to eat & drink. The staff (please forgive me, I’ve forgotten your names) were so helpful, booking us restaurant reservations, organising boat excursions, booking us into the local beach clubs & providing us with beach towels. They went above & beyond, they were always really friendly, had a smile on their faces & nothing was too much trouble. This was our last holiday before our first baby arrives & we had such a magical time, a lot of this is attributed to the fact of staying here & the staff. The location is perfect, eating breakfast (which had lots to offer, along with freshly made coffee) with the views of the coast/unwinding & having a drink & watching the sunset was bliss. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cool & airy, with a little fridge to put water/wine in. This place will hold such great memories & this is somewhere I would definitely come back to! Great value for money, comfortable, clean rooms with great views and in a good location - near the old town and cable car for the beach. Receptionists also very good and helpful.

Breakfast - even though this is included in the cost - it was very ordinary in the food choice and decor. We had breakfast most mornings in the old town. There is also an outdoor garden area which is unfortunately not used to its potential.

Beautiful setting with a great view! We had a sea facing room with a small balcony. A great start to day to open the doors and get ready for the day with beautiful sea view. Walking into to Centre took less than 10 min for shopping & restaurants. Minutes to walk to bus station for tours or transport. Relaxing shaded garden area for daily breakfast. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location for Taormina. Very short walk to Main Street and also cable car to beach area. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff that go above and beyond if needed. Basic and very clean room with a beautiful view. Also a full length mirror in the room which is always great! Same breakfast every day but a few options and very tasty.

Lovely small hotel away from the bustle of central Taormina… very helpful and friendly staff with lots of useful tips and recommendations for eating out. Good and varied breakfast spread each morning on the terrace. Our room had a great view over the sea and coastline.

Our room was a little small as was the bathroom but very clean and still comfortable. Rather small shower.

Perfect location. very close to everything. cable car to the beach is very close and a short walk to the centre of Taormino. Staff were very helpful and helped my friend book airport transfers out of hours and allowed me borrow their iron. good value too. The terrace was lovely where breakfast/drinks served.

The triple room was quite small when we had large suitcases. There wasnt many plugs either for three people with hairdryers, phones, iPads etc being charged. No lift down from the roadway to reception for large suitcases but it was a small journey, a ramp would help this. No pool.
