Hotel Bristol

Lovely, family run hotel just slightly out of town centre. Pleasant 10 min walk in through the back roads. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The pool was exceptional. Very private and quiet. Excellent tennis courts. (Professional standard). Bikes to borrow. On a final note the family staff were amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. Would certainly use this hotel again and recommend it.

Lovely stay at this hotel. It’s located in a really nice quiet coastal town about 20 minutes drive from Pisa. The outdoor pool is a particular highlight! And you’re a 10 minute walk from the small town with some lovely restaurants and the beach. The staff were all so wonderful, they couldn’t do enough to help us and ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

We stayed at Hotel Bristol for 5 nights in early August 2022 in a superior double room. It was a very hot time of year [35C+] but our room was cool & comfortable thanks to excellent AC. The room was very spacious, clean, had a large bathroom and was well equipped throughout with good Wi-fi Breakfast was served in the main hotel and there was a really good selection on the buffet with staff offering coffee made to order if preferred. All the hotel staff we met were very friendly and helpful making our stay enjoyable. Prior to arrival we received helpful information which helped our stay. There is plenty of on-site parking. Highly Recommended

The pool area was amazing so clean …. Plenty of sunbeds … pool was spotless … they had bikes you could use also( we didn’t but they were there) very attentive staff. Guests appeared mostly adults didn’t see any small children or family’s which was a draw as it was so quiet and relaxed

I would have liked the option to have meals there as it was quite a trek up to the main strip for food. This is only thing that stops me being able to bring my elderly parent as rest of hotel is amazing and I know they would have loved it.

Excellent position. Staff amazingly helpful and professional in a friendly way. It provided a much needed oasis of calm after a long journey through the beautiful but stressful Côte d’Azur. Welcome to delightfully civilised Tuscany. And the staff were the epitome of the Tuscan spirit, ready to be there for you without being overwhelming. Good feeling, good place.

No restaurant, pity, but understandable: they concentrate on being a hotel!

This family-run hotel is a gem, especially for tennis players and active folks. The pool and terrace are beautiful. The location is great, near the beach and in walking distance of restaurants. There's also a supermarket around the corner and laundry service. Yet, what makes this hotel extra special is the dedication of the owner, Enrico, who goes out of his way to take care of each guest. Make sure to ask him for restaurant suggestions or where best to access the beach. Enrico will be helpful with recommendations. He is also an avid tennis player and well connected with the tennis (and boating) world. He will be happy to share stories if his time permits.

it was close to Livorno, super clean & had free parking. Nice large balcony overlooking a courtyard which I’m sure will be open later in the Spring. breakfast was delicious with a large variety of foods, fruits, breads, pastries, meats, cheese, yogurt, juice, coffee, cappuccino, espresso, etc. The staff, Enrico, was as kind, polite, & helpful as could be.

Lovely hotel right near the beautiful beach in Tirrenia. Staff went out of their way to be as accommodating and helpful as possible!! Especially as we needed a taxi back to Pisa at 5 a.m. which they arranged no problem for us. The buffet breakfast was great, everything that would want for a good start to the day.

Thin walls so can hear the TV in the next room.

A happy accident. I thought this hotel was in Livorno, but turns out is in Tirrenia. I'm so glad I stayed here, both the town and the hotel. Nice little beach town. Free bike usage. I rode down to the Port of Pisa, just a few miles north. Quaint, and beautiful! water, so blue. The hotel front desk staff are the nicest gentlemen. Nice pool and tennis court. I had a superior room which was in an annex building. Had my own little porch out front with a small table and 2 chairs. The hotel is in a residential area which is nice. Only .5 mile to the main square and a few restaurants. Breakfast is included, but it is mainly sliced salami, boiled eggs, watermelon and cantaloupe, yogurt, bread. Enjoyed myself!

Amazing hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Immaculately clean. Lovely area and distance from town. Lovely continental breakfast with lots of choices. Loved everything about our stay.

A bit dated but that doesn’t matter as it’s better than a new style hotel as it gives it a laid back character.
