Our stay in this hotel exceeded all expectation. Excellent location. The front entrance is directly in the old town whilst the back door is directly on the promenade & beach. Centre of the City, beach, train station as well as port easily accessible. Room was very spacious and clean as well as the Towels & Sheets. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming, attentive, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to please us. We would definitely choose to stay there again. Thank you all for making our stay in the hotel an amazing stay. Highly recommended.

Felt like a home away from home. Excellent location, beautiful view. Great service, from check in to breakfast to the boat tour of the islands. They even had dairy free options for my coffee. There's a hairdresser downstairs and a happy hour starting 6 pm.

Parking is public and paid. (1 euro /hr). Just a warning if you have a car.

Definitely worth to pay a little more for the sea view, we slept like babies at the sound of the roar of the sea + beautiful view. Location great, in a few minutes you are in the city center. My boyfriend had a birthday, so we asked for a little present and this was waiting for us in the room + bottle of wine, check the photo. Thanks again to the whole team!

This lovely hotel was great to stay at! The beach and the city center was so close. On one side the city center and in the other side the city center. The room was very big and light which we loved. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our flight and driver were delayed, so the hotel texted us and was waiting for us at the hotel to welcome us. What a service! One of travelers is vegan and he couldn’t find something to eat to breakfast, so the staff made a special plate for him/us. Just amazing We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

The bed wasn’t the best for my back, so if you gave back problems maybe you should consider that.

Very spacious room, very bright and comfortable. Street view (with pedestrians not cars), Very close location to the main street with bars and restaurants. Clean. Breakfast- Local products (no English breakfast at all ), sandwiches and cakes.

Breakfast- We spent 3 days and every day we had same breakfast (it was good ) but i would expect some changes. Sandwiches were good but it would be nice to eat something else like hot food or cereals for change. Location - because of the street view you can hear crowd even at 12 at night but not like wild drunk people but just predestines talking.

The room was exactly like it was advertised: spacious, clean and modern. The room had a balcony overlooking the sea. It was beautiful, to wake up with the sound of the ocean in the background. The staff was amazing.and tried to help wherever possible. It was a lovely stay and on the whole we loved the experience and would be glad to visit again.

For the price paid, I'd have expected to have some more basic items, like free toiletries and perhaps bed slippers too. Walking on a tiled floor, bare footed in winter is not that comfortable. Also our balcony doors did not close really tight, so outside noise wasn't well filtered. Breakfast was great and tasty but based more on the sweet side and bread/ savoury - no yoghurts or cereals or eggs. Our stay was short and it was ok to indulge a bit, but I cannot imagine staying longer and eating everyday that much pastry/ bread!

The rooms were Specious, location was good, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with our check-in and checkout, organised transfer as well 10 out of 10 to the lady and gent that assisted us. The cleaning staff too were pleasant and friendly and one guy who was at the breakfast bar on our last day.

No WiFi signal to the whole apartment, lack of food/variety during breakfast. Mostly what was disappointing was the female staff member who was at the bar during both days for breakfast, she gave attitude from day one. With kids it was hard to make it to early breakfast however she practically kicked us out at 10.30 as if she had a plane to catch. The next day the look on her face was so uncomfortable as if she wanted us out of there way before 10.30 which we were. Her demeaning attitude towards guests made the whole visit sour, she may have been going through a bad couple of days or something however its a shame when the other staff are doing so well and going out of their way to be helpful.

Very good value for money. The rooms are very big and the airco works perfectly. It’s super clean and the location is perfect with a beach right outside and lots of restaurants ( there is even a beauty salon inside the building). The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely with amazing cakes. :)

If you have a car and need to park, bear in mind that there is no parking with this hotel so you will have to pay daily parking. Not all rooms have a balcony, so if you want a balcony make sure you select a room which has one when you book.

The room was clean and well-maintained. Location is just across the beach and within the town. The room was nice and spacious. Staff was cordial and friendly and welcomed us from the moment we arrived till we left. Exceptional. Thank you all. So recommended!!!

Whilst there were elevators to reach to all the floors, there was an extra fleet of stairs to go to our room. One of my family members is an elderly and she had difficulty to do these stairs. Other than that, nothing, all was fine.

The hotel is in the city center right on the pedestrian zone. I believe that there is no better place to stay in Trapani. The rooms in the apartment were huge, the equipment of the rooms was sufficient. Central Gallery Rooms is rated as an above-standard hotel in the given price category. The most valuable element of the hotel for me was the hotel staff - I have never met such nice people (I do not mean professional courtesy, but a really friendly approach) receptionists, breakfast staff and maids. If we return to Central Gallery Rooms, it will be mainly due to the amazing staff.

Our apartment was oriented to back yard and was a bit dark with no see view (but we knew this when booking).
