The location is great and very central, the rooms are a good size. The girl on reception was excellent and really helpful. Complimentary drinks at their sister hotel rooftop terrace was a nice start to our stay.

It is hard to reach by car and you will have to park elsewhere so do your homework before you arrive. Minor problem was being charged for water after complimentary first bottle when we were told not to drink the water, one bottle supplied per day would have been better. Also charged for coffee pods as our friends used more than the original allocation. Would prefer to pay an extra euro a day in the room rate to cover these things so they are 'just supplied'.

Second time staying at this place, once with a tour and six years later for a longer period. The location is perfect and central for your time in Trapani, with easy access to main streets, both sides of the ocean, ferries, and all major restaurants. Very quiet back street area away from any buzz of Garibaldi and Vittorio Emanuele main streets. The staff could not have been more helpful - friendly, efficient, both people we interacted with. A/C was strong, excellent, and easy to control in individual rooms. I had some laundry done, too, which all came back in perfect, neat and clean condition. Overall an excellent and cozy place that I highly recommend and would go back if I ever find myself in Trapani again.

the only areas that could be a little better is the strength of the WI-FI, the mattress of the double bed - I have a bad back, so, someone with no back issues might be just fine. also, a stronger water pressure and size of the shower might make showering a better experience.

Spacious appartment in a perfect location in the old city, with a prefect valet service for parking the car in a private garage. The hotel is elegantly decorated, has a rooftop terrace, and a very good associated restaurant in the nearby location of the main hotel. Would be glad to return if in Trapani again.

Charging your phone is a challenge. Unplug a room device to put in your charger. But this is typical for most of the Sicilian hotels

This small hotel is located 5 mins from the city centre, on the quiet street. If you arrive by a car, we recommend to find a parking outside old town and ZTL zone even it means you have to walk 10 mins to the hotel. The room is big and clean,the shower a little bit smaller but sufficient. There's a small kitchen area with several complimentary coffee pods and very basic equipment.

Nothing to complaint

It was located in a perfect location in the old town, with easy access to many restaurants and bars. The room was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything necessary for a stay. The support to early check-in and check out was very helpful too.

One day when I came back in the evening, toilet paper was not refilled. As it was late in the evening, I could not call anyone from the hotel, as well as it was too late to go and buy at the supermarket also.

Location, parking, cleanliness, snd comfortable. Serena was very helpful!

Had to keep asking for more toilet paper. Rolls were very small and there were four of us using the one bathroom. Also, no napkins or paper towels in the kitchen so hard to eat and cleanup.

Spacious apartment and nice balcony over looking the street. Receptionist were very helpful and you can book boat day to the islands Quick laundry service.

Roads are small to get to the hotel but parking service is very good.

clean, close to everything. a really nice courtyard. staff helped us arrange a parking place for our car so we did not have to worry while we were staying in trapani.

the bed could be a bit comfier, we had loud construction noise wake us up every morning, probably temporary but was a bit disruptive.

The location is very close to bars, restaurants, port and all atractions

Breakfast is paid separately and it doesn't worth 8 euros ( we tried it only once, after that we preferred to go to local pastrey shops)

The staff are exceptional, professional, friendly and always helpful, positive people doing a great job. Location of the residence is excellent, close to everything. The building is pleasant.
