Room Of Andrea Hotel

Very clean, cosy and comfortable room, even though a bit small. But if you came here to see the region, you will honestly stop thiking about it first day. We enjoyed the orientation to hotel's yard - which provided us with opportunity to properly rest after long day, without being bothered by sounds from the street. Staff was friendly, breakfast sufficient for few nights of stay. The hotel itself is has a historic vibe, specifically the 3m ceilings and historic furniture in common areas

Nothing significant. AC was working properly, room was cleaned every day, so not much to call out. I would only recommend few details to be further improved: - place milk directly at the breakfast table - waiter needed to be asked to bring it every time, even if cereals were at hand - place small spoon to each room - consider increasing the variety of options for breakfast. Nothing critical, but would help to break the routine a bit

This hotel is a lovely piece of paradise to come back to after sightseeing or spending the day at the beach. The staff at reception and at the rooftop pool were fabulous and very helpful with all of my questions ! The breakfast was great with the restaurant set in a lovely open atrium inside the beautiful old building that houses the hotel. We loved seeing the antiques and historical artefacts scattered throughout the hotel. The rooftop pool is small but great to come back to for an afternoon dip. The location is fabulous with a short walk to the lovely old town. There is a large carpark around the corner from the hotel which is very handy.

The Rooftop pool area is extremely hot - I would recommend a few umbrellas by the lounges.

We had a wonderful stay at the Room of Andrea Hotel - the staff were so welcoming, and in particular Simone who worked on the bar was so friendly and accommodating - we loved our pre-dinner visits to the rooftop bar and pool, which was always lively and full of atmosphere! The location of the hotel couldn't be better and you were in very easy walking distance of restaurants, the beach and local points of interest. The hotel breakfast in the cool courtyard was also very well stocked with a delicious range of pastries, and continental foods, and this got us well set up for the day ahead!

The staff were charming: Monica at the front desk - juggling away and the two waiters Davide and Allesandro. Very knowledgable about the menu and the wine. Very, very good food quality for dinner, The hotel has a lovely breakfast in its courtyard and attached to the adjoing public cafe/bar. Public parking in the main sqaure at €0.50 is the best deal in the world! The hotel's location is an easy 5 minute walk into the much improved/restored Old Trapani. Easy access to 'escpae' from grim rest of town for San Lorenzo del Capo/Erice/Segesta/Marsala

While the room was large it just lacked charm. Sadly Trapanai still has a way to go to get its vibes right compared to other Sicilaln towns (Ragusa Ibla, Cefalu). The beaches are NOT fantastic. (One needs to drive uop towards San Lorenzo del Capo). The old quarter has real potential and much improved form last visit 20 years ago. It is an convenient start/end stop as only 60 minutes from PMO. Erice and Segesta and SLDC are all worth visiting, as is Marsala and Phonecian Moyta

We stayed in the largest suite which was stunning, with authentic/historic decorations of the palazzo. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend this room. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to help us with things unrelated to the hotel / our stay. The location was perfect with a very easy parking option right next door.

If on the street side, you can hear noise from the street (although it’s relatively minimal and to be expected for an older building). The breakfast could be replenished more often— we often came to picked over options. Thankfully the staff working there were helpful and brought us missing options like fruit upon request.

Conveniently located boutique hotel on the edge of the Historic District in Trapani with easy access to shops, great restaurants and a park. Continental breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Staff were pleasant. The room was spacious with a minibar, large TV, Kingsize comfy bed and room safe. Great coffee shop/restaurant/bar just outside the hotel.

For such a well equipped room we missed not having in-room tea/coffee making facilities, somewhere to hang up our towels and instructions on how to use the air conditioning (if there was any). For some reason there were only three pillows for the two of us. A potentially excellent hotel lacking a little in attention to detail.

Beautiful building at the heart of Trapani, excellent location, super kind staff, excellent breakfast. Best location in Trapani, close to everything and strategically at the gate of the historic center.

It was a warm March and there was no need of heating or air conditioning but there was no option of adjusting manually the room temperature which resulted sometimes in not adequate ventilation with fresh air, as the room faced the patio.

Everything. Staff at the reception absolutely outstanding, very helpful and with a lot of good advise (go to the Antichi Sapori restaurant!). We liked the spacious room and the bathroom and we had an excellent quiet breakfast. The hotel is located next to a parking place (you pay a few cents per hour) and at the very beginning of Trapani old town centre. We went to see the pool: beautifully located on the top roof, but the weather was unfortunately not the best. Full of things to do around, including the visit to the salt pans and Marsala tasting and a stroll in the old centre of Trapani

We liked everything. The staff especially was superb

We had the basic room which was a bit lack-lustre. Some pictures on the wall and maybe a cushion or two would have made it a bit more appealing to the eye instead of being underwhelmed when you arrive. It was very clean though! The rooftop could really do with some parasols as there is no shade and some background poolside music would really improve the vibe. The barman was great and the highlight of our stay in the hotel. €10eur for an Aperol Spritz is a bit high though. We would like the bar to be open a bit earlier too. One of the reception staff was quite rude and certainly didn’t give you her attention for a second longer than she needed too. The rest of them were nice. Breakfast was decent for a 4 star hotel. It was great that they have iced water with lemon at reception for you to drink. Overall a not bad stay and fair value for money.

No shade or music on the rooftop Room not very stylish

The hotel is beautiful in a very convenient location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room was spotlessly clean with very comfortable bed. The whole place feels quite upmarket and exclusive. A lovely hotel.

Our booking advised an inner courtyard view, we didn't get this. Also, there wasn't any staff manning the rooftop poolside bar on the one day we spent time there. Not a big deal as reception staff popped up to serve if requested via the phone on the bar, but slightly irritating.
