Hotel Alpi Resort

The location is excellent, close to everything. The hotel is very pleasing, from the rooms, to the state of everything (carpets, curtains, cleanliness, etc), and it feels cozy and relaxing. The breakfast, very good.

The wifi sometimes was a little weak on our bedroom, and there was no mini fridge, that would've made the room perfect.

A gorgeous old building in the heart of the city, a stones throw from the river and many of Turin’s famous squares. There is a secure car Park inside the hotel and from there a fabulous rickety old lift takes you to the third floor reception where helpful staff were pleased to welcome us. Our apartment was huge, light and airy with domed ceilings and original double doors and balconies. The bathroom is big and it was all spotlessly clean, the shower fittings are all brand-new. The included breakfast was good with a generous selection of pastries meats and drinks.

It is a very old hotel and customers (not us) used to modern luxury hotels might find it not to their taste. Some of the decor is a bit 1970’s in places - But if you like absorbing the atmosphere of the city you are visiting - you can’t do better than this.

The hotel is in a great location near the river and it is ideally situated to see all of the major sites within Torino. The breakfast was good with a choice of cereal , pastries , bread , rolls , coffee and tea (you can even even have herbal teas ) . The staff are very friendly and helped with any enquiries we had and even booked us a cab for our return trip to the Airport. The room was nice and of a good size with a queen size bed , tv and bathroom which has a hairdryer .

This ismore of an improvement than what I did not like . It would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room for tea/coffee making facilities , however the hotel is very near many places that sell coffee and tea .

The Hotel Alpi Resort is well-located for Porta Nuova station and the Palazzo Reale (18 minutes' walk to each and on a tramline), just round the corner from the Piazza Vittorio Veneto, the so-called 'living room of Europe' which has a host of places to eat, drink and people watch. It is also near the River Po and within easy reach of the main shopping streets. The name is intriguing because it is in the upper half of an old palazzo (served by a lift), though there is a bench in the corridor with a view over a terrace. I had a single room with a bathroom, both of which had seen better days, but they were clean and the breakfast was very good, with plenty of fresh fruit and proper teapots. The area was quiet, but one could hear the trams (which stopped late at night but began again at 5.30am) even when the window was closed. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would consider using this hotel again on a return visit.

I always feel guilty when a washbasin has no plug, as was the case here

- localisation was great, - in the kitchen was everything what you need, - clean room, kitchen and bathroom, - different types of breakfast ( for sure you will find what you like to eat) - air conditioning, - elevator.

- a little bit noise is the morning, because close to the hotel is tram way (but is dependent where your room is, probably on the other side is more quiet:) )

Front desk service was excellent. The employee was kind, obliging and exceptional. The rooms are comfortable, clean, the hotel is located in a wonderful place, from which it was close to everything. There was a shop run by a gentleman from Bangladesh next to it. Service great. And 100% we will come back here again, again to room 236.

Everything was excellent.

The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good I could say delicious. They clean my room every day even if I didn't asked and change towels daily. Plus I paid for a single room and they give me a double for same amount of money.

The outside of the building seemed a bit run down but the rooms were clearly updated, spacious and immaculately clean with a view of the river and perfectly located. Will rebook if ever in Turin again and recommend

Lift was very old and small

We stayed in room 222 and the facilities were really dated, the faucet was broken, shower hose was broken, sink was missing plug, the hair drier belong to past century, huge crack on the in the wall,

Beautiful historic building with high beautiful decorated ceilings, in the middle of the historic city centre. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast area and breakfast are also good. we stayed with three kids aged 9, 13 and 14 in a double and a triple room. It was very comfy and clean and convenient that we could walk or take the bus/tram everywhere. The parking below the square was also very handy.
