Hotel Urbani

I found Hotel Urbani as a perfect place to stay for Torino and it didn't disappoint at all! It's very well located (near the train station Porta Nuova, airport bus station, but also at a 15 min walking distance to the central area with museums and stuff). There are also many restaurants around. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything you need. Reception is open 24h. The room was spacious and very clean (same for the bathroom). The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and open until 10:30 which for late sleeper is great :). Great place!

THE LOCATION IS PHENOMENALLY CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION, BUT NOT LOUD AT ALL. THE ROOM I HAD THE FIRST NIGHT WAS WONDERFUL, THOUGH I WISHED YOU COULD SIT ON THE BALCONY. NO COMPLAINTS. INSTANT COFFEE ACTUALLY TASTED GREAT, BUT NO CREAMER OPTIONS. THE MINI FRIDGE WAS MISSING 2-3 ITEMS LISTED, BUT OH WELL.

THE SECOND NIGHT I HAD AN ATTIC ROOM AND A STORM HAPPENED AND THE ROOF LEAKED. THERE WAS OBVIOUS WATER DAMAGE TO THE BATHROOM CEILING. THE HOTEL WAS 100% BOOKED, AND SINCE I DECIDED TO STAY A SECOND NIGHT, I HAD TO BEAR WITH IT. BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING IS OK, BUT THE EGGS ARE VERY VERY VERY RUNNY, AND NOT MORE THAN 1 BOTTLE EACH OF NATURAL AND FRIZZANTE WATER FOR THE ENTIRE CAFE.

Location, only a block from the main train station and right at the heart of the city, easy walk to many prime locations. Room was sizable and the bathroom modern and clean. Breakfast was fantastic, really amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. PLUS they have a parking garage nearby, which I normally wouldn't mention, but I needed to drive for this trip and was very happy to find a hotel so central that also had off-street parking. Did I mention the great location? Will definitely stay here again, just for the breakfast!

Building exterior was under construction making the exterior a mess and the sidewalk congested. Did not effect my stay and the hotel did notify me in advance, that was the only downside.

Kind staff, phenomenal location, comfortable beds extremely good price and good bathroom.

Parking place in an underground garage that is recommended by hotel is very bad. First you need to take a voucher from the reception, then you go and meet an older man who does not speak a single word in english, and he wants you to leave the keys with him for the night, what seemed for as as some abstraction. It took almost an hour to get along with him and to take the keys with us. Only bad thing about the stay.

It is exactly what one would expect for hotel at this price in a large Italian city. Very good breakfast, surprisingly quiet location for being so close to the train station. Extremelty close to train station and bus stop from airport.

Only concern I would have re location - is that being so close to the train station, late at night in a new city, the walk to the hotel might (for some) feel a little uncomfortable. This applies to all hotels in this area to the side of the station.

First of all, all people that were in charge and i faved with were so polite and helpfull. Second, room cleaning, availability of the resources were good too. What is most amazing about the place actually where it located. You can freely tour all almost all city by walk and enjoy.

I can not say this was bad but maybe a little note room isolations in terms of noise was not perfect. City was quite but sometimes you can hear all the phone talks from your next room.

Lovely hotel, very nice modern clean room, modern walnut style interior with everything we needed.. We had a gorgeous view of the mountains and some Torino rooftop gardens. Wow! All the staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating, in fact they made the experience for us! The hotel even left us a dog bed and food bowl for our dog, a simply wonderful touch ❤️ We want to visit Torino again and will definitely stay here again too.

Nothing really.

I've received 16m^2 room with small balcony towards inner courtyard. The room very clean, comfortable and contain all amenities. There is a buffet breakfast which was quite good but vegetables unavailable The staff very pleasant and willing to help in any explanation and recommendation. The hotel just 500m from porta nova station and less than 5min from city center

1. The air condition didn't work and it was hot in the room. Outside temperature 20-24C. Hotel explained that we are in autumn season and air condition shut down because connected to some external municipality system.. No air circulation and too hot at night 2. The acoustics not the best. When someone in neighbour room at toilet it was possible to hear the flow of water (especially at night when it wakes you up)

Nice location, close to Porta Nova Station from where you can go anywhere in to the city ,to city center it is about 10 minutes walk.The rooms was clean and it was done daily cleaning. The breakfast was ok, maybe some tomatoes and cucumbers would be great If it was. Plenty cakes at breakfast to choose. In the room was warm enough and the bed was confortable. The staff was helpfull and nice.

Small issue , not a very important one... Some vegetables like tomatoes or cucumber at the breakfast.

+ Great hotel in general. Location near the train station, metro and center of Turin by walk is great. + Clean room and confortable. Bed, flood bathroom were clean. + Staff is very nice and made the effort to speak in French with us. Helpful and here to answer your questions. + Breakfast was good. Not the best I ever had, but lot of choice with nice buffet. + Baby bed available and installed in the bedroom as requested.

- The streets around with many drug dealers and drug addicts. Like many cities around their train stations. - Room was clean in general. But walls and shower door seals in the bathroom need to be refresh a little bit.
