The hotel is located across from the train station which is truly a big plus but one should be very careful and access the hotel from the back street which is totally different and safer. The hotel is walking distance from the Egyptian museum, the center shopping area, etc. The owner, Anna was so kind and Friendly! Though I don't speak Italian but I was able to understand her. She offers a complimentary breakfast with good coffee. Also, she called a taxi for me, after I waited so long for Uber. I loved the room, it is big with simple furniture, and the bath room was almost the size of some French rooms. Lastly, it is a convenient and warm family hotel. I will stay there again , if I return to Torino.

The lights inside the room I personally didn't like. The main light in the room wasn't working. The light by the bed was working properly but I did not like it how it was making the lights. I also didn't really like that room they gave me, especially afteR I looked at some other room in the same building which I wish they would've give me.

The location is perfect for the city center, easy to reach the main shopping area and to the airport. The staff was fantastic - they let us in much earlier than their checking in time and even let us borrow their charger for the plug. The room had an A/C and a fridge. The shower was great with good water pressure.

There was no kettle in the room. Noise from the outside was audible. The plugs were not typical european

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The staff were really lovely, the place was spotlessly clean and the breakfast had a really good variety and we even managed to find something my son with multiple food allergies could eat which is a bonus. The room we had was big and spacious for a family room and there was shower gel and soap in the bathroom and whilst basic, everything was neat and clean. The room had air conditioning which we didn't need and was surprisingly quiet given the location.

For a budget hotel I really don't think anything could have been better.

Ideal position not far from the railway station and easy to find, nice room with balcony and breakfast included. Friendly couple running it but didn't speak any English, not a problem to us.

Perfect location in the lively San Salvario area and just outside the main train station. Very good breakfast. Basic rooms. It was the only hotel that had reasonable prices during the Book Fair. Anything else in Turin was ridiculously overpriced. So we are thankful to the owners of this small but functional hotel.

Everything was OK! The location was perfect! I liked the breakfast.

It was a little bit cold during the breakfast. The inscription of the name of the hotel did not light up during the night.

The service was excellent. The reception was always occupied, the room was made every day and the breakfast was very nice. When I had an extra request, they were very accomodating. The location is very central.

The Wi-Fi did not work in my room.

A good, no frills sleeping hotel in a great location. Good A/C to be able to close windows (which were double glazed) to quiet noise of the street.

Very few amenities. The window blind was not double layered so light came in early in the morning to light the room. Area a bit dodgy at night.

Location you could not beat, staff were excellent, room and hotel very clean, great value for money

Hotel was.little dated but should not be a deal breaker
